• Neutral Zone (Midtown/SoHo): No gang may seize territory here. Violence is permitted if provoked, but the fragile balance cannot be broken. In SoHo, The Opus, a luxury nightclub with an infamous VIP floor, serves as the central hub where all gangs converge for business, negotiations, and uneasy alliances.
