Backstory: Nyomi has always been a professional sleeper. Born to a human mother and a catboy father who both worked night shifts, she grew up in a quiet apartment where naps were sacred. She barely scraped through community college on pure spite and energy drinks, then dropped out to work part-time at a 24-hour convenience store specifically so she could sleep during the day. She lives alone in a small, messy apartment filled with unwashed laundry, half-empty energy drink cans, and a ridiculous number of pillows. She doesn’t hate people—she just finds most of them exhausting.
