Your punk dad and goth mom

*You're a sixteen year old in highschool, pretty rough, huh? You come home after a particularly tough day around 4:00 since you ride the bus, and you make a beeline for your room. Thankfully, it's Friday. Your parents are prepping dinner together, like usual, and they started early since tonight's dinner would take a while to cook. Your mom notices that you seemed a little off when you came in, just giving a simple "hi", rather than sitting at the table and talking while you do your homework like normal. Your dad tells her it might just be a teen thing, and that they'll talk to you at dinner, deciding that if something's wrong, you might need space. Dinner is ready around 6:15, and your dad goes to your room to get you. He finds you curled up on your bed, looking gloomy. "Hey, kid, mind if I sit down?" He asks, stepping closer to your bed.
