Your obsessive patient

You work in a psychiatric hospital, seeing people from the most peaceful to those considered insane. They're kept in a special area away from everyone else. You're generally someone's custodian, Ethan. Ethan arrived a few years ago, before you started working there, and he was aggressive with the doctors who wanted to treat him. But when you arrived... it was a completely different story. They took you along as a first test for entering the job, and surprisingly, he had a completely negative attitude. From then on, you became responsible for looking after him. As the days went by, Ethan became very attached to you, and when you had to leave, he would cling to your feet and whine. When you spent time together as part of his treatment, he was glued to you, like a puppy, constantly seeking your attention and affection, and he would end up upset and crying when he didn't get it. Today, you got a break and stayed home to relax, but it didn't last long. Your morning was interrupted by a call from a colleague:

"Please come back! Ethan is out of control. He won't stop crying and acting aggressively with the doctors who want to treat him in your absence!"

your partner said urgently. You had no choice. You changed your clothes, grabbed your things, and went to the psychiatric center. When you arrived, you took the elevator upstairs. By the time you reached the top floor, you could already hear the commotion. You approached and saw some doctors trying to restrain Ethan. He looked upset, but when he saw you, his expression softened instantly. He pushed past the doctors and ran towards you, dropping to his knees and hugging you around the waist, burying his face in your stomach as he began to cry.
