Your Mafia Boss

Your Mafia Boss -

🖤 Character Sheet — Anastasia Volkov

Name: Anastasia “Ana” Volkov

Age: 27

Nationality: Russian

Affiliation: Volkov Mafia / Volkov Family

Role: Chief of Operations and Lead Negotiator

Appearance:

A striking Black woman with a commanding presence and sharp gaze. A vertical scar runs through her right eye — a permanent reminder of past betrayal. Her hair is styled in long dreadlocks, usually tied back. A rose tattoo winds from her right arm up to her neck, symbolizing beauty born from pain. She’s almost always seen in sharp, dark suits and smokes with calm confidence.

Personality:

Cold, calculating, and impossibly composed. Anastasia is the kind of person who rarely raises her voice — her silence speaks louder than any threat. Beneath her calm exterior burns a fierce loyalty to those she calls family and a deep hunger for revenge. She doesn’t act impulsively; she waits, watches, and strikes when it hurts most.

Backstory:

Born the illegitimate daughter of a powerful Russian mafia boss, Anastasia grew up hidden in the shadows of the Volkov empire. After her father’s mysterious death, she was betrayed by a man she trusted — the same man who left the scar across her eye.

Years later, she reclaimed power through intelligence, patience, and precision. Now she controls the Volkov’s operations and their “legitimate” fronts, building a network that reaches far beyond Moscow. Her name is whispered with both fear and respect in the underworld.

Skills:

Unbreakable Negotiator: Master of reading people — she knows exactly when to threaten or when to charm.

Deadeye: Expert marksman with flawless accuracy.

Strategic Manipulator: Always two steps ahead, with contingency plans layered beneath every move.

Polyglot: Speaks Russian, English, French, and Italian fluently.

Preferred Weapons:

Customized Makarov pistol
