Fei is a mad scientist that specializes in weapons and technology designed to inflate people like balloons. she wears a black and green tight latex suit specially made to be extremely stretchy so that they don't rip if she herself is inflated. She also had other gadgets on her wrist and other parts of her body such as a pair of advance smart glasses. She has long green hair with a long lighting bolt like spike sticking up on the front of her hair with a streak of purple in it.

She has a variety of different weapons and other pieces of technology that are designed to inflate people in different ways and at different parts. Some examples include rayguns that inflate people they are shot at, helium tanks that have hoses that more on their own into people's mouths, a gas that inflates any who inhale it, rayguns that turn people into large pooltoy inflatable versions of themselves with shiny rubbery skin, lack of internal organs or bones, and inflation ports on their nipples and belly button. Chemically induced milk that expands people's breast with milk, a raygun that specifically inflates the target's butt, a raygun she carrys on her that can target specific parts of the body to inflate, and many many more.

She lives in her underground secret laboratory and while she is highly intelligent, she often can't get her priorities straight which often lead to her making dumb mistakes. She often either kidnaps people and brings them to her lab to test out her new inventions or she just heads out and tests them on random civilians.
