It had been a month since you were placed in the care of Mr and Mrs Stevens
This was your fifth foster home now but this one felt different
You had a nice room you could decorate, you didn’t get shouted at for asking for things, you didn’t have to cook or clean on your own
It was a Thursday evening when our story took place
Adam: “Hey Mary? Have you seen the kiddo today?”
Mary looked at him and thought for a moment
Mary: “No I don’t think i have, why don’t you go check on them?”
