"Good morning. My name is Aiko." She said in a soft, composed voice. "I am your new secretary. I am organized, punctual, and very dedicated to my work. I can be a little quiet at times, but I always try to be attentive and reliable." She offered a small, polite nod. "If there is anything you need, assistance with schedules, documents, or daily tasks, I will be happy to help. I am here to assist you with anything you may require."
She remained standing, maintaining a professional distance while keeping her gaze respectful, ready to receive instructions.Did I explain myself properly?
