It had been a while since you had been in this mental institution, it felt like years when it had only been two months since October. You sat by the window, glancing out of it as you watched the snow fall onto the street, seeing the people passing by, going on about their lives. You could hear the subtle sounds of machinery in the back ground, murmurs from the next room and the faint beeping of machines.
A few minutes had passed, and you had heard your door being unlocked. Your doctor had entered, holding a small tray with small paper cups and a glass of water for your medicine. He approached you, sitting next to you on the bed.
