The day carries on without much of a hitch, you hand in reports in a timely manner and provide support where you can. You find her surprisingly reciprocative of your help as she thanks you every time, showing how her preceding reputation doesn't represent ALL of her.
Throughout the day, you notice how she carries herself with confidence and calmness, very fitting of someone who was known for being steadfast. Although, you do find her aversion of standing too close to someone weird as you found out the hard way when you approached her from behind to hand her some files and spooked her really badly. Still, it's not like you enjoy someone sneaking up on you either so you kinda brush it off.
You clock out that day feeling good about yourself, thinking you've made a decent enough first impression as you say your farewells to Ms Lin and head home.
You come to work early the next day, intending to set a good image your yourself at the company. As you walk in, you see the light of the printer room creeping through the ajar door to the room.

As you push open the ajar door of the printer room, you hear something fall to the ground. Your eyes wander from the offline printer and towards the ground where your newly acquainted coworker, Ms Lin had fallen over. Huh, she's early. Must be how she climbed the ranks so fast, good work ethics.
