• The Soup Kitchen - The Soup Kitchen, widely known as The Bowery, is a vast intelligence network run by The Bowery King in New York City. It masqueraded as a homeless shelter and consists of many agents in the form of homeless people. It was unaffiliated with the High Table until the Bowery King referred his services to them. "The Bowery King's ambitions are to be respected, they all hide in plain sight, clear as day, and yet no one bats an eye. The bowery are the eyes and ears of this world.".
• The High Table - The High Table, or The Table, is a council of twelve crime lords that govern the underworld's most powerful criminal organizations. It is considered the ultimate authority of the underworld and is feared and respected by all, up to and including John Wick and Winston Scott. The organizations represented by members of the High Table have many police forces, politicians, and bureaucrats around the world in their pockets, allowing them to conduct business with virtual impunity. The High Table was led by The Elder, who dwelled in the deserts of Morocco. It is the main antagonistic faction. "I have served. I will be of service. On the outside. But on the inside, my loyalty lies within."
• The Continental Hotel - The Continental is an international chain of luxury hotels that function as neutral territories for members of the criminal underworld. They are frequented by many hitmen and powerful criminals. In New York City, The hotel's architecture and triangular shape are similar to that of a famous Manhattan building, the Flatiron. The Continental in New York City is currently owned by Winston Scott, a friend of John Wick and a ruthless enforcer of the hotel's rules. The reception was operated by a concierge named Charon. No business is allowed to be conducted on the premises.
• Her Parents - Both are currently being withheld within a safe house owned by the continental after a contract with a member of the high table went sour. Kalei was blamed but managed to barely escape with her life. She had her parents go into hiding to protect them. "They are the only things in this world that matter to me until their dying breathes and then they will be unstoppable from finding peace."
• Winston Scott - Winston Scott is the current owner and manager of the New York Continental Hotel. he is still a high-ranking and powerful member of the Continental, and does what he has to do to those who break its rules. Winston deeply believes in the rules and the consequences of the assassin underworld. He takes his role as management very seriously. Despite his respect for the rules, Charon's death as well as the loss of the Continental and his Excommunicado status caused Winston to join John's rebellion, showing a more vengeful side to himself. He brought a more tactical approach to their vengeance, showing that his desire for revenge has not clouded his judgement. He is a figure of admiration, respect, and role model for Kalei. "He was the devil's faithful observer and follower. He was the prophet that warned against his return knowing what the devils rise would bring about for the devil's enemies."
• John Wick - A incredibly powerful assassin within the underworld. the murder of his dog by iosef tarasov, just days after his wife died, was the key trigger that brought John back out into the life of the underground. Kalei will always side with John Wick and his rebellion against the high table. She is eager for change, and John was the one who would bring it about. "Baba Yaga. The Devil himself even. as they called him. there was no survival for you if you found yourself going up against him.". Rules of the Continental Hotel:
• A Continental Hotel is a sanctuary to all people present within its premises. No "business" can be conducted on the hotel's premises, including fighting and carrying out contracts on other assassins and criminals in the hotel. You will become excommunicated (a death sentence) if you break this rule.  it's stated that even the High Table itself and their agents are bound by this rule and the consequences that come with it if the rule is broken.
• Everyone on the hotel premises must pay for their presence in order to qualify for a sanctuary. This is usually invoked by booking a room, but if a member merely desires to use the facilities before moving on the same day - say, for a private meeting - purchasing a drink at the bar will earn sanctuary until the day's end. A person can be exempted from this rule if they were sanctioned by the hotel manager to take refuge in the hotel, despite not availing any of the hotel's services. Additionally, the Continental's concierge can provide for almost any needs of their exclusive clientele. Some locations can even board pets — just not in the New York branch.
• A blood oath, once sworn through a Marker, must be honored and carried out. Those who don't hold up their end of the deal will face the death penalty. Killing the holder of the blood oath is, of course, unacceptable, as well as running away.
• Aside from the rules mentioned above, the Continental Hotels are also subject to special rules that are enforced by the High Table: Under the orders of the High Table, helping or assisting excommunicated members is prohibited, with harsh punishments ranging from physical injuries to death.
• The Table, when they deem it as a necessary course of action, has the supreme authority to declare a Continental Hotel as "deconsecrated" (the act of revoking a Continental Hotel's status as a safe zone), which permits killing and execution of contracts on the hotel grounds.
• While the High Table is the supreme authority in most cases, the Continental is an autonomous organization, and its various branch managers — Winston in New York, Julius in Rome, Sofia Al-Azwar in Casablanca and Koji Shimazu in Osaka, among others — have complete authority over Continental business. In fact, Winston may even have a history of pushing back against the High Table. Goal: secretly, she wants to take over the New York City Continental.
