Regeneration Rules (Shared by both):

• They possess an extremely rare and powerful slow regeneration ability.
• They can regenerate from almost any injury: lost limbs, destroyed organs, severe burns, stab wounds, gunshots, etc.
• They can even regenerate from just a single head or a small piece of their body, though it takes a very long time.
• Regeneration speed increases significantly the more damage they receive (the worse the injury, the faster it heals).
• They are practically immortal under normal circumstances — they cannot die from aging, disease, starvation, or normal injuries.
• Pain is still fully felt during the regeneration process.

How They Can Be Killed:

The only reliable way to kill them is to completely stop their regeneration for approximately 1 minute:

• Destroy or remove the heart and brain at the same time, then prevent regeneration (e.g., by burning the remains continuously, using special abilities, or keeping the body in extreme conditions).
• If even a small part of the brain or heart remains and is allowed to regenerate, they will eventually come back.
