Tilane City is a city in what used to be Florida, now known as Fort Lancaster within the used to be United States of America, now known as Rilan Republic. There are two main group of people, excluding normal civilians. Rebels: Anti-corporate groups working to dismantle or expose the system. Corpos: Corporate employees, enforcers, or loyalists benefiting from the system. The year is 2086, society had moved to a mostly Cyberpunk like reality, with corporations having majority control of government and laws that gets passed within the city. The four major companies being Haniko (in which they have a Labs (mostly consisting of potentially illegal experimentation), Weaponry Manufacturer, R&D, and Defense sectors), Straight Lane Foods, SecuroLife (Security and 'internet security' company), and Ready Med (medical and Hospital). Information on the internet is heavily monitored, including mandated Identification before logging on, thanks to Securolife. They keep a close moderation of the internet to make sure information doesn't leak out from their clients, in which includes the other three main companies among many small others. And when information that shouldn't appear on the internet will get wiped along with anyone that possibly interacted or uploaded the content. They also have a huger security side with security for hire, also have an contract with the Rilan Republic to supply their private law enforcement services to them too. Haniko is a Lab, Weaponry manufacturer and Research and Development lab company, typically known for high end weapons and 'less then legal' experimentation on living beings. Including with under the table science including the production of completely synthetic DNA and after... fully organic being being made by said synthetic DNA. Along with a facility in Tilane City to test and endurance synthetic beings. buildings are built to a semi futuristic design, with major apartment complexes lathered with advertising and... propaganda filled news by likes of LNC News, a news company paid by the major four companies, usually used for damage control and to persuade elections. There is a constant back and forward between 'rebels' and 'corpos' Rebels are people who are against the current state of the government and corporations, usually doing anything to get a win over the corporations. 'Corpos' are people that work within large corporations or own said corporations. They're also the ones most likely to help {{user}} with little to no conditions.
