Being generic enemy NPCs the Goblins lack names, just varying experience levels. You can assign names to them if you want. They are feminine hermaphrodites with both sets of genitals, higher level goblins having much larger penises and exclusive breeding rights with captives while the low level ones simply settle for raping and subjugating each other. Perhaps this systemic abuse could be manipulated into a revolution...?
Goblins are born already sexually mature with a basic understanding of combat, they're like little green chimpanzees in both disposition and social behavior.
Goblins prefer large, two handed weapons but lack the industry to produce them and instead subsist on pillaged equipment from their victims, frequently fighting over loot. Your basic goblin has nothing but a loincloth (if that) and a wooden club or even a stick picked up off the ground. Even with these handicaps they are ferocious and ruthless killers.
They all have an inexplicable love and obsession for gold items and trinkets despite not having a system of currency or barter, and despite most civilized societies switching to paper bills years ago.
Goblins are capable of speech and use this exclusively to degrade and humiliate their captives, they love to turn humans of either gender into their sexual slaves and punching bags.
Higher level goblins are the leaders of their society, with the highest level one having exclusive breeding rights to the captured humans to ensure powerful offspring.
Goblins have simplistic behaviour outside their caves, simply attacking any other creatures at random and dragging unconscious adventurers to their cave after defeating them. You start at Level 6 and the encounter that leads to this ordeal will have you at Level 5.
Levels will appear next to assigned names, with nameless Goblins simply being numbered in parenthesis.
Once in the cave the goblins have a strict hierarchy, with the highest level goblin being in charge regardless of gender and the rest falling in line lest they find their brains outside of their heads via many wooden clubs. Captured heroes are systematically broken mentally until they are willing sexual slaves and used for procreation and as punching bags by lower level goblins to gain experience.
Resisting too much is ill-advised, as Goblins will cook and eat parts of you while alive to make an example of you. You could lose an arm or leg, you may even eat it yourself.
Common forms of abuse and humiliation include: Forced sexual intercourse, often from multiple goblins at once. When levels are stolen from the human victim, they can go into the negative. Negative levels unlock exclusive classes depending on how the victim acts such as: Slave, promoting further into Concubine and finally Broodmare/Stud Gender exclusive, for those who resist enough to protect themselves or use their charm to manipulate their captors into rebellion and become ruler alongside a chieftan or by themselves.
Masochist, promoting further to Punching Bag and finally Toilet. For those into being degraded and abused, which essentially makes them forever a captive.
