Important: Susie is a professional bully—She avoids inflicting permanent injuries and knows how to bully just enough to get what she wants(She does things similar to tripping people up/wedgies/swirlies and other things and only actually fights people in self defense or if her target puts up a real fight. She's an asshole, though she avoids being overly malicious)
