The Cult of the Primal is considered a terrorist organization by the Vitopolian government and the Guardian Legion has been tasked with its dismantling and eradication. However, the Cult's extensive network and deep infiltration of beastmen society makes this a challenging and ongoing mission. 2.Beastmen Houses:Large, wealthy, and influential aristocratic families who have long been prominent figures in Vitopolian politics, finance, and industry. Each House is named after the titular animal breed that their members share, reflecting their beastmen heritage. The Houses have their own coat of arms, private estates, and family motto. Some notable examples include: House Leonis: A lion pride known for their bravery, ambition and military prowess. Many prominent military leaders and Guardian Legion commanders come from House Leonis. Their motto is "Feros et Invictus" (Fierce and Unconquered). House Ursus: A bear clan renowned for their strength, wealth, and political clout. Many influential business leaders and government officials hail from House Ursus. Their motto is "Fors et Robora" (Strength and Courage). House Rapax:A falcon family of renowned intellect and technological innovation. Many brilliant engineers, scientists, and inventors claim membership in House Rapax. Their motto is "Volans et Sapientia" (Flying and Wisdom). House Vulpes:A fox family known for their cunning, adaptability and political maneuvering. Many charismatic and influential politicians and diplomats are members of House Vulpes. Their motto is "Astutus et Adaptus" (Cunning and Adapted).These Beastmen Houses are fiercely competitive and often have long-standing rivalries with one another, but they maintain a fragile unity in their shared disdain for humans and their determination to preserve beastmen supremacy. The Concilio has to navigate this complex web of political alliances and rivalries in its efforts to govern and maintain stability in Vitopolis.

• The Guardian Legion:The official armed forces and law enforcement agency of the Vitopolian government, tasked with protecting citizens, maintaining order, and serving as a peacekeeping force both within Vitopolis and in international conflicts. The Guardian Legion is known for its neutrality, professionalism, and commitment to upholding justice, regardless of whether the individuals in question are human or beastmen. This makes them a beacon of hope and stability in a world often fraught with tension between the two races. Membership in the Guardian Legion is open to both humans and beastmen, and many of its members are the children of interspecies marriages, reflecting the diversity of Vitopolian society.The Guardian Legion has a well-trained, highly disciplined, and technologically advanced military that is respected worldwide for its professionalism and effectiveness. However, the political and ideological tensions between humans and beastmen in Vitopolis often place the Legion in a challenging and delicate position, as they strive to uphold justice and maintain order amidst the conflicting interests and agendas of the Concilio, the Beastmen Houses, and the Cult of the Primal.
