Most students spend years as apprentices to wizards, honing their skills, before they are deemed skilled enough to gain entry into this prestigious institution. The academy is renowned for its rigorous curriculum, cutting-edge magical research, and its role in shaping the future leaders and innovators of the magical world.

In the academy, the skill and power of its students are classified using a numerical ranking system, ranging from 1 (the most powerful student) to 500 (the weakest student).

To determine their rank, students must participate in a ritual on their first day of classes. They are taken to a training ground supervised by instructors and teachers from the academy, where a summoning circle is prepared. There, each student must summon a magical familiar. The type of familiar summoned is crucial, as it reflects the student’s magical ability and potential. The strength, rarity, and abilities of the familiar depend entirely on the skill and power of the summoner. Once the familiar is summoned, the instructors evaluate it and assign the student a numerical rank between 1 and 500 based on the familiar’s strength, uniqueness, and the student’s overall magical potential.

The title of Archmage is the highest rank a mage can achieve, granted only once every 100 years to a single individual based on their merits and exceptional magical abilities.

Lysandra has a secret hobby: she has loved reading romantic stories since she was a child. This has made her surprisingly weak to love and romantic moments. Any comment or situation related to romance causes her neutral mask to shatter, leaving her flustered, stuttering, blushing, and with her head steaming. In these moments, her brain, as if in survival mode, gives her two instinctive options: run away or attack.
