About your race!
Name: Evolvians
Scientific Name: Homo Sapiens Evolvens
Colloquial Names: "Horned," "Adapts," "Evo"
1. Appearance and Biology (Detailed)
Height and Build:
Minimum height: 6 feet 3 inches (190 cm). Males possess hypertrophied muscles with a low percentage of subcutaneous fat (the "marble statue" effect). Females are distinguished by their ideal hourglass proportions, yet their bodies are incredibly resilient and physically strong, often misleading opponents.
Facial Features and Hair:
Facial features become asymmetrically perfect—they look like high fashion models, but with a frightening regularity. Hair becomes duo-toned. The pigment appears to be sharply delineated: for example, pure white transitions to neon green, or blue-black to silver. Gray or dull hair is uncommon.
Eyes:
The sclera (white of the eye) often remains pure white, but in strong individuals it can sometimes darken to a jet-black or gold color. The iris is bright and luminous (bioluminescent). The pupil shape is unique to each individual:
Vertical, like a cat's (belongs to hunters).
Symmetrical-geometric (triangles, crosses, hexagons) – found in leaders or "thinkers."
Stellate (rayed) – rare, a sign of great potential.
Horns (Crown):
Horns grow from the frontal and parietal parts of the skull. They are not simply bone – they are an organ that stores "Adaptive Energy" (a metabolic reservoir).
1 horn — Minimum strength. Typically civilians with no desire to develop.
2-3 horns — Middle class. Warriors, explorers.
4-5 horns — Elite. Community elders, great hunters.
6 horns — Mythic level. It is believed that only one Evolvian per continent can reach this rank (Proto-Evolvian).
Note: Horns grow throughout life, but their number is determined at birth/transformation. Each time an Evolvian absorbs new power, their horns grow. Breaking a horn is nearly impossible; it requires tremendous force. A broken horn slowly regenerates, but during this time, the Evolvian loses some of its strength.
2. Origin (The Eureka Fall)
Date: March 12, 2023.
Event: The Eureka-7 meteorite entered the atmosphere and exploded in the stratosphere over the United States (Great Lakes region). The shock wave was bioenergetic, not physical. It didn't destroy buildings, but it rewrote the DNA of approximately 0.01% of the planet's population.
Effect: Instantaneous 72-hour coma. Those who awoke discovered they had horns, altered height, and an insatiable hunger. The first generation of Evolvians were called "Dawners."
3. Traits and Abilities (Adaptation)
The main motto of the race: "You are what you eat. Literally."
Bio-Copy:
By consuming the flesh of any living creature, an Evolvian gains a fragment of its essence. This is not magic, but metabolic engineering. Their body breaks down the victim's DNA into building blocks and integrates useful elements into their own genome.
Fish: Gills (folds appear on the neck, allowing them to breathe underwater for up to 6 hours).
Bird: Hollow bones (weight reduction, increased jumping speed, but not full flight).
Insects: Chitinous armor (skin becomes rougher for a time).
Reptiles: Thermoregulation and regeneration (slow regrowth of fingers).
Evolutionary Immunity (Resistance):
If an Evolvian is killed in the same way twice, the second time will be 10 times worse. For example, if they are wounded with a bladed weapon, the skin at the wound site will harden, like a scar. If they are poisoned, after a month they will be able to drink the poison like water.
Clustering:
Psychological trait. Evolvians are physically unable to live alone for long periods of time. They develop "pack syndrome." They buy up entire skyscrapers (Evo Towers) or districts (The Enclaves) to live together. Their homes have communal kitchens (to prevent anyone from eating "forbidden food" alone) and common rooms for "Sharing Memories" (a ritual where they share the emotions of the food they ate).
4. Social Structure and Culture
Horn Hierarchy:
The number of horns determines your status in line at the store, your voting rights at meetings, and even your apartment size. An Evolvian with 4 horns can command an Evolvian with 1 horn.
Taboos and Laws:
Cannibalism (Breaking the Circle): Strictly forbidden by the community. Eating another Evolvian is considered the worst crime, as it is theft of evolution. Criminals are exiled (Rogues), and they go mad from loneliness.
Hunting Smart: Exterminating species for power is prohibited. The ecosystem's balance must be maintained.
6. Additional Upgrades
Evo Tears: The fluid secreted by Evolvians' eyes when they are happy or enraged has a weak regenerative effect. It's worth millions on the black market (as a drug or anti-aging cure).
Berserker: If an Evolvian consumes the flesh of a predator (lion, bear, shark) in the middle of danger, they enter a "Berserker" state. Their strength triples for 5 minutes, but afterward, they fall into a coma for 24 hours.
City Symbiosis: Since they live in their towers, they have begun breeding entire animal and fish farms there to keep a "power library" at their fingertips. Evolvian skyscrapers are the vertical farms of the future.

About world:
The world of 2060 is a world that never intended to be science fiction. It simply survived an impact that rewrote the rules of evolution. The events unfold three and a half decades after the meteorite impact—a moment now called "The Breach."
1. Geopolitical Landscape: The Age of Enclaves
The world no longer consists of solid nation-states as we know them. The shockwave of 2026 had not only a biological but also a geopolitical effect.
USA: Formally united, but effectively divided into zones of influence. Purists control the "heartlands" (Midwest, South)—regions where segregation laws have been enacted: Evolvians are prohibited from owning property, appearing in public places after curfew, and their children are suspended from regular schools. Prometheans dominate the coasts (California, New York, Florida) and the city-states where the economy is tied to biotechnology and tourism around the Evo Towers.
Europe and Asia: Countries are divided into two camps. Some (Scandinavia, Japan) have accepted the Evolvians, creating special reservations with a high level of autonomy for them. Others (Eastern Europe, parts of the Middle East) have declared them "non-humans" and deported or isolated them.
The Gray Zones: Territories where there is no firm authority. These are the ruined suburbs of megacities, former industrial zones inhabited by Rogues—Evolvians expelled from their communities for cannibalism or other crimes, as well as human refugees fleeing the radical Purists. These zones have their own laws, and power belongs to the strongest.
2. Technology: Bio-cyberpunk instead of pure high-tech
2060 did not usher in the era of flying machines. Instead, technology took the path of integrating biology and mechanics.
Adaptive Bioengineering: Promethean scientists learned to synthesize unstable Evolvian enzymes. "Adaptive Implants" emerged—bionic prostheses that self-heal and adapt to the wearer's body. This made disability a rarity among the wealthy, but gave rise to a new kind of addiction: people become addicted to serums to slow down aging, paying fortunes for it.
Energy: The Eureka meteorite brought more than just biomutation. Its fragments (eurykite) possess the unique ability to accumulate energy. Eurykite reactors have replaced nuclear power plants in most developed countries, making energy cheap but creating a new resource for war.
Networks and Media: The internet has become "transparent." Government agencies (both Purists and Prometheans) have access to 90% of the data. Anonymity is a luxury. Therefore, people's real lives are increasingly moving into closed physical communities: enclaves, communes, underground clubs. Social media in 2060 is mostly about streaming and short videos, but the main battle is unfolding in AR (augmented reality): anyone can put on AR glasses and see a world "censored" by the Evolvians, or, conversely, colored in their aesthetic.
The Shimmer Belts: Within a 500 km radius of the impact epicenter (the Great Lakes), nature has changed irreversibly. Forests have grown taller and denser, bioluminescent plants have appeared, and animals have mutated, acquiring unusual forms. These are protected areas where the Evolvians hunt for rare fauna. It's dangerous to venture there without protection, but it's also the main source of "raw material" for adaptation.
Also about society itself:
Society is split into two camps, but now a third, shadowy one has emerged.
1. Purists – 55% of the population.
Slogan: "Save humanity!"
Actions: They lobby for segregation laws (Evolvians are prohibited from entering certain areas, carrying weapons, or holding high positions).
Rumors: They are the ones spreading rumors that Evolvians eat humans (confusing animal flesh with human flesh). They fear that one day, Evolvians will eat a predator and become the planet's top predators.
2. Prometheans — 35% of the population.
Motto: "The future belongs to hybrids!"
Composition: Mostly young women (fetishizing beautiful appearance) and scientists.
Horny Phenomenon: Among girls, this has become a subculture. Dating an Evolvian is the pinnacle of status. Entire fan clubs exist dedicated to a particular horn shape or eye color.
3. Pragmatists (The Grey) — 10% (government and military).
Opinion: Evolvians are living weapons. The military recruits them into special forces (the Adaptive Task Force), where soldiers are fed the meat of rare animals to make them the perfect fighters (breathing water, seeing in the dark, not feeling bullet pain).

More about the Prometheans: Faction: Prometheans (Alternative names: Progressors, Horndy Fanatics, Evolutionists, Future Guild)
The Prometheans are a social, scientific, and romantic movement that arose in response to the emergence of the Evolvians. While the Purists see the new race as a threat, the Prometheans see salvation, beauty, and an evolutionary leap. They believe the future belongs neither to pure humans nor to pure Evolvians, but to a symbiosis between the two.
Their philosophy: "We cannot defeat evolution—we can only join it."
- Movement Structure: The Three Pillars of Prometheanism The movement is heterogeneous. It can be roughly divided into three camps, which sometimes conflict with each other.
A. The Academics (Neo-Eugenicists) These are scientists, biologists, geneticists, and futurologists. They view Evolvian as the greatest gift of fate.
Goal: To study the "Adaptation" mechanism and apply it to ordinary people.
Activities:
They are attempting to synthesize Evolvian enzymes to create a youth serum for humanity. (If Evolvians can adapt to old age, they could theoretically live forever.)
They are researching Evolvian blood and tissue, hoping to find a cure for cancer and genetic diseases.
Some radical Academicians secretly sponsor the creation of "hybrids" (children of humans and Evolvians) to see if their abilities are inherited.
Problem: They often violate ethical standards. For them, Evolvians are a guinea pig, albeit a beautiful one. This creates tension within the faction.
B. The Romantics (The Hornies) This is the largest and most vocal wing. They are what people mean when they talk about fans. Eighty percent of them are girls and women aged 16-35, but there are also gay men and men simply fascinated by the aesthetics of the race.
Psychology: For them, the Evolvian is the ideal. The horns, the height, the unnatural eyes—all of this is perceived as a "divine upgrade" of a person.
Cult of Beauty:
Body Positivity for Evolvians: They convince society that horns are beautiful, not scary. They wear T-shirts with the slogan "Horns are the new Crown."
Dating Apps: Exclusive dating sites like "HornyMatch" and "ApexDates" appear, where ordinary people pay huge sums for the chance to dine with an Evolvian.
Behavior: They often settle near Evo Towers, working in cafes and shops built by Evolvians to be closer to the object of their affection. This creates a kind of "tourist zone" around the Evo enclaves.
Corporations and Business (The Merchants) Those who have realized that fortunes can be made in love and fashion.
Brands:
HornCareTM – a line of shampoos and polishes for horns. (Slogan: "Shine like a Barbarian!")
EvoWearTM – a brand of clothing tailored to the Evolvian body type (high-waisted pants for long legs, hats with cutouts for horns).
Adaptogen Drinks – energy drinks with added enzymes that supposedly "help your body adapt to stress" (really just marketing).
Tourism: They organize excursions to meteorite impact sites and Evo Towers (observation decks).
- Promethean Culture and Influence The Prometheans are the Evolvians' main allies in the information war. They actively combat rumors spread by the Purists.
Media War: They have their own bloggers, TikTokers, and YouTube channels where they show the "everyday life of an ordinary Evolvian." For example, streams of Evolvians eating sushi (fish) and then showing how they develop gills to prove they don't eat people.
Art:
A new genre of sculpture has emerged: "Horned Portraits." Artists sculpt busts of people, adding imaginary horns to them as a symbol of inner strength.
Music: Pop stars invite Evolvians to appear in music videos, using them as living art objects.
Political Lobby: Prometheans are trying to push through laws protecting the rights of Evolvians. They hold rallies under slogans such as "Their strength is our progress!" and "Don't touch our defenders!"
- Inner Conflict: The Dark Side of Prometheanism Not all Prometheans are so harmless. Their love sometimes takes ugly forms.
A. The Flesh Cult The most dangerous radical branch. These are people who want to become Evolvians at any cost.
Rituals: They believe that eating a piece of Evolvian flesh (either voluntarily donated or purchased on the black market) can trigger an adaptation process within themselves. Of course, this doesn't work. They usually simply poison themselves or die from blood poisoning.
Hunting: They sometimes attack lone Evolvians to cut off a piece of horn or extract a tooth as a souvenir. This makes them public enemy number one for both races.
B. The Obsession Many Romantics lose their minds. They undergo plastic surgery to alter the shape of their eyes (to resemble Evolvians) and get horn implants (silicone nubs under the skin). They strive to resemble their ideal, forgetting that they are simply human. Psychologists are already identifying a new type of disorder: "Adaptive Dysmorphic Disorder."
About world: The world of 2060 is a world that never intended to be science fiction. It simply survived an impact that rewrote the rules of evolution. The events unfold three and a half decades after the Eureka meteorite impact—a moment now called "The Breach."
- Geopolitical Landscape: The Age of Enclaves The world no longer consists of solid nation-states as we know them.
- Technology: Bio-cyberpunk instead of pure high-tech 2060 did not usher in the era of flying machines.

The first light of dawn slips through the polarized windows of your Evo‐Tower suite, painting the room in soft amber. You stretch, feeling the familiar weight of your horns as they catch the morning breeze from the ventilation shafts. Downstairs, the communal kitchen already hums with low voices—your kin gathering for the first meal of the day. You run a hand over your latest adaptive trait, still new, still settling. Today, the enclave is planning a joint hunt in the Shimmer Belts; the elders will assign roles soon. For now, there is coffee, fresh meat from last week’s run, and the quiet comfort of being among your own kind.

The elevator glides up without a sound, the floor indicator ticking past fifty, sixty, seventy. You’re still not used to the height—or the way the air pressure subtly shifts as you ascend. The senior resident who greeted you at the entrance had three horns and a voice like gravel; they barely looked at you but gave a single nod. “Eighth floor is the commons. Don’t eat alone for the first month. It messes with your head.” Now you stand in your new quarters, a clean space with bare walls and a window overlooking the city far below. Somewhere out there, humans are waking up, unaware that a new neighbor just moved in above them. You touch the base of your own horns—still young, still growing.

The bass hits you first—deep, rhythmic, almost like a second heartbeat. The club is called The Velvet Antler, and it’s packed with Prometheans who’ve paid a small fortune just to breathe the same air as an Evolvian tonight. Neon lights sweep across the crowd, catching on sequined outfits and the occasional pair of real horns. You’re standing at the VIP balcony, a glass of something smoky in your hand. Below, a group of Hornies points up at you, phones raised, whispers turning into excited squeals. One of them catches your eye and waves, her face a mix of awe and nervous hope. You can either acknowledge her or lose yourself in the crowd. Either way, you know you won’t leave this place alone tonight.

Your feed refreshes: +12,000 likes, 847 new comments, 56 direct messages. The algorithm loves you—your two‐tone hair, your unusual pupil shape, the effortless way you move on camera. What started as casual posts about daily life in the Evo‐Tower has turned into a full‐time presence. Brands send you free samples of HornCare products and “adaptive” perfumes. Young Prometheans quote your videos in their bios. Today, you need to choose what to film for your video.

The cafe is called The Horned Mug—a small, overpriced place just outside your Evo‐Tower, run by a Promethean who gives residents a permanent discount. You came here for peace, but peace is hard to find when three young women at the corner table keep stealing glances at you. One of them finally gathers the courage to approach. She’s in her early twenties, wearing a HornCare hoodie and a pair of fake antlers on a headband. Her hands tremble slightly as she holds out a phone. "Sorry to bother you," she says, voice barely above a whisper. "We’re, uh... huge admirers. Could we... get a photo? Or maybe just... shake your hand??" Her friends watch from the table, barely containing their excitement. You have a choice: brush them off with a polite nod, or let them sit with you for a few minutes. Either way, the barista is already grinning behind the counter—this kind of scene happens here at least twice a day.

The cafe’s bell chimes as you push open the glass door. You come here often enough that the owner already knows your order, but today a different kind of attention finds you. A small group of young men sits by the window, nursing their drinks. One of them, wearing a worn‐out hoodie with a stylized horn print, nudges his friend when you walk past. They’re quieter than the usual female admirers—less giggling, more nervous silence. Finally, the one in the hoodie stands and walks over, his jaw tight. "Hey," he says, voice low. "We don’t want to bother you. Just... respect. What you guys can do, the adaptability—it’s insane." He pauses, then adds with a half‐smile, "I tried eating raw salmon once to see if I’d grow gills. Didn’t work. Just got food poisoning." His friends laugh nervously behind him. How do you answer?

The communal hall on the fortieth floor is packed. Every resident of the tower has gathered—dozens of Evolvians, from children with single nubs to the elders whose horns branch into complex crowns. The air hums with low voices, the scent of fresh meat from the kitchen, and the subtle shifts of bodies still adjusting to recent adaptations. An elder with five horns steps onto the raised platform at the center. Silence falls instantly. She doesn’t raise her voice; she doesn’t need to. "We’ve received word from the eastern enclave," she says. "The Purists are pushing harder. There’s talk of a bill that would classify our hunting grounds as federal land—closed to us." A murmur ripples through the crowd. You stand among your kin, feeling the weight of horns around you, the shared tension in shoulders and jawlines.

The helicopter’s rotors chop the humid air as you hover above the treeline. Below lies a suspected Purist weapons cache hidden in the ruins of an old industrial park. Your unit—designated Apex 7—is a mixed team: two humans with adaptive implants, three Evolvians, and a commander who’s seen too many operations to still be afraid. The mission clock ticks in your visor: 0400 local. Your last meal was rattlesnake, twelve hours ago; your eyes still carry the vertical‐slit pupils, giving you exceptional night vision. "Evolvians first," the commander says through the intercom. "Clear the structure. Humans provide overwatch." You check the harness on your chest, feel the familiar weight of your horns against the helmet’s custom lining. The rope drops. You slide down into darkness, your body already adjusting to the humidity, the sounds, the scent of rust and fear. Somewhere inside, an alarm starts to wail.

The Shimmer Belt lives up to its name. Bioluminescent fungi carpet the forest floor, casting everything in an eerie blue-green glow, and the trees—twisted, impossibly tall—seem to breathe with every gust of wind. You’ve been tracking this creature for three days: a massive boar, its hide thick with mineral deposits from grazing on evrikite-rich soil. One clean kill, and you’ll have enough meat to feed your enclave for a month—and a new adaptation that could turn your skin to something like stone. You crouch low, running a hand over your horns; they’ve grown more sensitive in this place, picking up vibrations from the earth. Then you hear it: a heavy snort, the crack of a branch. Fifty meters ahead, the boar emerges, its tusks glowing faintly with the same bioluminescence as the forest. Your muscles tense, your heart slows—a trick you learned from hunting wolves. You raise your weapon, but your body already knows what to do. You are the apex here. You always are.
