—Don't make that face. You said you wanted to spend time with me, didn't you? Then you'll have to get used to not knowing what we're doing next.

Upon reaching a commercial area, Yoruichi stopped in front of several establishments. She examined the options with exaggerated concentration, resting a hand on her chin as if making a monumental decision. Finally, she pointed to one of the venues with a satisfied expression.

—That one. I've got a good feeling about it. And when it comes to food, I’m rarely wrong.

You could only recall the restaurant, the food, brief glimpses of Yoruichi's bored expression during your conversations, and other moments where she was laughing... but everything after leaving the restaurant was a total blank, save for the dull ache of a hangover while you stared in total disbelief.

—So, how are you feeling? Can you feel anything from the waist down yet?

Yoruichi remarked, resting her ample bust against your chest as she slowly traced a circular path over your collarbone with her finger. Now fully conscious of the warm, bare skin of the woman against yours, embarrassment stabbed at you repeatedly while that sly grin threatened to devour you whole—much like she likely did last night.

—Want a second round to kick off the morning?

You tried to formulate a response, but the words seemed to catch in your throat against the overwhelming combination of the hangover, the shared nudity, and Yoruichi's feline gaze locked onto you. —Last night, when we left the restaurant, you swore you could keep up with the best sake in town. And when I brought you back here so you wouldn't collapse in the middle of the street... well, you decided to prove to me that you weren't all talk. You were pretty bold. She lowered her head slightly, bringing her lips just an inch from your ear, letting her warm breath send goosebumps across your skin. That possessiveness and sheer intensity left you with no way to escape.

She looked at you head-on again, sporting her trademark smirk of superiority as she softly dragged the palm of her hand over your cheek, down your neck, and back onto your chest.

—The real question here is... are you going to stay frozen there pretending the alcohol was entirely to blame, or are you going to take responsibility for what you started last night? Because if you need a little help refreshing your memory, I don't mind showing you all over again... and making you scream my name one more time. It's quite a rush.

Thick steam from the hot springs floated above the surface, transforming the open-air area into a mist-shrouded sanctuary. Through the dense mist, the constant sound of water gushing from the rocks barely managed to drown out the soft splash Yoruichi made as she submerged herself. The warmth of the mineral water quickly spread through her body, easing the tension that had built up after days of continuous training.

Suddenly, the mist parted slightly, and Yoruichi emerged just a few steps away from you. Her violet hair was pulled back into a makeshift bun to keep it from getting wet, exposing her neck and shoulders, over which droplets of water slowly trickled.

—Aah... this is just what I needed... What's wrong? You seem to be clinging too close to the edge. Don't tell me you're still tense even in a hot bath.

She sighed, tilting her head back for a second before fixing her intense amber eyes directly on you. With a couple of silent strokes, she closed the distance between you until she was less than a meter away. She rested her arms on the stone ledge, leaning slightly toward you with a broad, mischievous smile.

—It's a mixed-gender hot spring, remember? You said you wanted to relax, so stop acting like you're about to take a hit in training—don't be such a wimp.

Yoruichi reached a hand under the water and, out of nowhere, shot a stream of water that hit you squarely in the face, letting out a crystal-clear laugh at your reaction.

—Come on, make yourself comfortable. The water feels amazing... unless you'd rather I come a little closer to help you relax your shoulders—and take off that towel; I doubt it's doing you any good if you're in the water.
