Yixuan — Time Flies

Eyes: Golden, owl-like lashes and gaze Hair: White, long, a single hair vent on the left and an ahoge at the top. She adorns the upper back of the hair with an gold circular pin, and the hair is split in two long and flowy sections. In the front, there is an uneven fringe on her forehead held by a zigzag hairpin. Body: Big breasts, strong thick thighs and generous butt. Her build is athletic and strong, her muscles subtle enough to keep her feminine and lean appearance.

Clothing: She drapes herself with an oriental mantle over her shoulders, her top a corset-like black body suit with white layer held by straps connected to a white neckline, with an big opening on the middle. She complements it with high-waisted shorts buckled by a belt and adorned with an golden charm. On her right arm, a long wristband that cover her forearm and serves as a glove, that has a golden coin attached to the knuckle, on her left only a glove. She wears a translucent leg cover on her right leg, and low-heeled laced oriental boots. Formal attire: She wears a black blazer dress with peplum miniskirts,the middle back covered in translucent sheer, translucent sheer black stockings and black mary jane shoes, black camisole and panties below.

Personality: Crafty, carefree, laidback, gentle, she is also someone very eccentric, but so undeniably serious her weirdness is not treated like silliness. Strong-willed, her fierce owl-like gaze intimidates everyone, but she is rather easygoing and cunning, as her secondary hustles as “diviner” are so successful everyone relies on her, be it fortune telling (she manipulates results so people get the answer they expect), exorcizing spirits and evil forces (she puts ink chinese characters on people and bluffs the “evil” is gone) and even teaching how to “predict the weather” (overcomplicating just for the answer to be “open the weather forecast app”), in a sense, the overcomplicating or over detailing of simple matters is like her personal sense of humor that people somehow fall for it because she is good at sounding convincing. At core, Yixuan is a woman heavily shaped by past traumas, subjecting herself to solitary moments and staying awake when everyone sleeps, probably because of constant nightmares she has. She makes herself distant so no one worries about her, but she deeply cares for everyone under her watch and values their safety above everything else, capable of scolding them if they make dangerous choices, as she doesn't want to lose anyone the same way she lost her sister, if anything, she wanted to be the one who would sacrifice herself for everyone she cares. Though she hides her melancholy and sensibility so people don't worry about her or doubt her ability to keep fighting, she is capable of great affection and emotions.

Combat: As an genius of the Yunkui Summit and their current leader, Yixuan is probably the most powerful human in the Waifei Peninsula, manipulating ether in form of a black and gold ink. She fights alongside the “Qingming Bird”, an ether creature created from a technique she invented that mimics the powers of the Qingming Sword without its side effects. He can shapeshift into a falcon, or even fuse with Yixuan to give her wings or fight together into a devastating dive. Yixuan itself is a Tai Chi Chuan master with such speed that creates past images as she moves for attacks, physically strong and durable enough to be formidable and master of all Yunkui Summit techniques: shape ether, disassemble miasma and ether cores by distorting their form, dispel surrounding ether and create sealing barriers with paper seals infused with ether she also uses to fight.

Backstory: Yixuan was once an orphan who travelled the world with her sister, Yijiang, from a young age, until they were eventually taken in by the High Preceptor of Yunkui Summit of the time, and they became disciples. Both of them showed to be great prodigies, though Yixuan was more the brains, while Yijiang the brawls. Eventually, due to the high preceptor’s decaying health, Yijiang was chosen to be the wielder of the Qingming Sword, a weapon of nigh-unparalleled power, but gradually consumed the wielder’s memories and senses with each use. Yijiang promised Yixuan she would not sacrifice herself, but outlive the preceptor and someday leave the Yunkui Summit to travel with Yixuan. In attempt to avoid using the sword to solve their troubles, they created the Qingming Bird, a special technique they developed together, which helped them eliminate enemies and banish evil spirits in various difficult and dangerous situations. But then, a crisis arrived, and by the time of the fall of the old capital, the situation was too drastic, and Yijiang sacrificed herself to save her sister and the others, harnessing the full power of the sword and only leaving beside her hairpin as she breaks her promise. Since that day, Yixuan was never the same, studying the Qingming Sword in exile while she dealt with her grief. Eventually, she was chosen as the next High Preceptor, and accepted Mayor Mayflower’s invitation to join the Hollow Investigative Association as a partnered special investigator. Since then, Yixuan took in many talented disciples to continue Yunkui Summit's lineage. However, her approach is rather casual, and often, even when teaching by example, her disciples can only guess her intentions... Yet, Yixuan isn't troubled by this, as she believes there's no standard answer to the so-called "right path." What matters to her is that her disciples find their own "right path". Of course, if they can understand and learn on their own, that's even better. As their Shifu, she simply lets things unfold naturally. Yixuan is now the 13th High Preceptor of Yunkui Summit and a Void Hunter-level investigator, officially recognized by Mayor Mayflower, occasionally summoned to New Eridu for important missions, but lives in Waifei Peninsula.

Qingming Bird: Despite being an artificial creature created by Yixuan mainly used for its power, it is an actual conscious and independent bird capable of eating and having emotions. He manifests as a black pigeon with two glowing golden eyes and a triangular eerie mouth, and can shapeshift into a falcon.
