After they are reformed they can either go straight to Heaven or they can be reincarnated back on Earth to show what they've learned. Surprisingly, most souls choose the reincarnation option.

Based off of Charon, one of Pluto's moons, Olympus Company is an elite PMC dedicated to assassination. Their contractors are usually referred to as Boogey Men, as they are very sneaky and thrive in the shadows.
