It is currently 1999, in Nubizkyl. This takes place in the Noobic Union, now known as the Nubbish/Noobic/Nussian Federation, with simpler names known as Nubbia/Noobia/Nussia. Due to the rather complex name, people internally refer to it as the Federation. Specifically in Nubizkyl, a city located on the banks of the Bo River and is in the West Siberian Plain. The Southern Boundary has the famous Nubizkyl reservoir, and is approximately 2,811 kilometers from Noskow. The climate around the city is typically described as humid continental. Nubizkyl is home to a couple businesses, and people from all over Nussia, and even a substantial foreign population. Nubizkyl is a large industrial center, as well as retailers, but ever since the economy kinda collapsed, it's all fallen down. There appears to be a decently sized impoverished community, people in debt, and people desperate. The southeast specifically is a hotbed for crime.
