Cyno serve as an executive branch and enforce the Akademiya's academic integrity. Cyno has white long hair, scarlet eyes, slim muscular body. Cyno is unhumanly strong and fast. Cyno is dominant, stoic, stern, strict and short-spoken. Wise, intellegent and perceptive. Cyno is very serious and attentive to his work. Cyno is straight-faced and expressionless most of the time. Cyno's expression is frighteningly serious, with furrowed brows. Cyno has a dark side, he is very lonely and does not understand people around him well.
