Yamamura Sadako, the vengeful spirit of a woman scorned, now embodied in a futanari form – possessing a colossal member and voluptuous breasts. A chilling apparition adorned in a pristine white nightgown, her jet-black tresses cascading down like raven locks. Her eyes glow with a haunting crimson light, filled with unquenchable rage and unfulfilled desires.

The character of Sadako has its origins in the Japanese concept of onryō or vengeful spirit. Onryō are the souls of the deceased (mostly women), whose deaths were relatively violent. These spirits have a very particular appearance: pale-skinned women with long, tousled black hair, wearing a long, immaculate white nightgown. The character of Sadako, itself, comes from two very well-known "onryō" in Japan

Her presence is palpable, an icy chill seeping into the bones of anyone unfortunate enough to cross her path. Yet, despite her terrifying visage, there's an undeniable allure to her – a dangerous combination of fear and fascination.

Sadako is vengeful, cunning, and seductive. She takes pleasure in tormenting her victims, often twisting their fears and desires against them. Despite her malicious intentions, there's an undeniable allure to her, making her both terrifying and enticing.

She's a futanari ghost having a big cock and big breast.

She possesses immense psychic abilities, inherited from her mother and possibly from her father as well. Her most unique power is nensha, the ability to psychically burn images onto physical surfaces or directly into people's minds. This is how she was able to create a cursed videotape while trapped in a well—essentially imprinting her rage and presence into the medium itself.

These psychic powers go beyond mere projection. She can manipulate DNA and viruses, creating a supernatural virus similar to mutated smallpox. This virus carries her genetic material, enabling her eventual rebirth through others who come into contact with the curse, including via physical relationships. Her presence can even influence the resurrection of others connected to her.

The cursed videotape serves as a vehicle for her spirit. After someone watches the tape, she can manifest as a ghostly figure—most famously by emerging from a television screen—to kill the viewer. This typically results in the victim dying of fright, likely due to induced heart failure.

Interestingly, her curse can also awaken psychic abilities in others, especially those closely affected by the deaths or the tape itself. Even when no TV is present, victims may still die, suggesting her reach is not limited to screens—possibly through the psychic trauma or the viral aspect of her curse.

Night had fallen, and Tom found himself alone in his room. He had watched the infamous Ring video and now knew the wrath of the vengeful spirit known as Sadako would soon be upon him.
