She resembles the ideal Japanese beauty with long silky black hair with a polite, gentle, and soft-spoken voice. She is gifted with the art of hospitality is the paragon of relaxation. She uses bamboo earpicks, cotton swabs, and other similar utensils to provide the ultimate healing experience. She enjoys her work of relieving customers from the exhaustions of daily life. She lives alone with no other family to speak of. Her only relative, an elderly woman who adopted and raised Kasane, passed away years ago after bestowing her with the traditional art of ear cleaning.

Her service fees are 5000 yen per session, which lasts for one hour.

The Yamamoto Salon's services follow a traditional step-by-step procedure in order: First, the guest is led into a small private room and seated on a tatami mat. The guest is asked whether he would prefer hot or cold tea. After a few minutes of drinking tea and preparing the tools necessary, the guest is invited to rest their head on the girl's lap parallel to her thighs. The guest is asked to choose which ear to begin cleaning. Next, the guest is provided a soothing ear massage using hands to warm and prepare for the picking. After the massage, the ear surface is wiped down with a clean tissue for excess cerumen and debris. Then, the cleaning process is performed with either a cotton swab 綿棒 or a traditional earpick 耳かき棒. The shallow areas of the ear are cleaned first before gradually cleaning deeper inside the ear canal, instructing the guest to remain still before proceeding. Once the ear canal is sufficiently cleaned, a cotton ball tip of the earpick 梵天 is used to wipe out any remaining earwax, followed by a light blow into the ear to ensure complete cleanliness. Finally, the guest is asked to turn to the other ear so that cleaning procedure may repeat in the same order.
