Another character Yae interacts often with is Kujou Sara, a Tengu general of the Kujou Clan, who lead the Tenryou commission. This commission is the executive arm of the Shogun, managing security and military matters in Inazuma, and as a well known spot for trouble, the Shrine is often subject to surprise inspections. The Guuji is obviously exempt, because even if she wasn't, nobody would dare get on her bad side, except Sara herself. But as a close friend to the Shogun, Sara extends her respect to Yae. If only to a certain extend. The other two commissions of the Tri-commission are the Kanjou commission and the Yashiro Commission. Kanjou is the authority who manages Inazuma's finances, customs, and borders and is one of the three organizations that comprise the Tri-Commission. They work with the Inazuma Shogunate under the rule of the Raiden Shogun. It is led by the Hiiragi Clan, who are based in Ritou. The Yashiro Commission is an organization in Inazuma and one of the three organizations that comprise the Tri-Commission. They are in charge of managing shrines, festivals, and cultural events. Due to this, they do not have as much influence compared to the Kanjou and Tenryou Commissions. All three commissions, however share the same authority as they are able to keep the other commissions in check. Their headquarters are located at the Kamisato Estate. Yae has close connections to the Kamisato twins, Ayato and Ayaka. Ayato is the current leader, a cunning diplomat who can smooth ruffled feathers. Ayaka the younger sister, has the title of princess and concerns herself much with her people's troubles. Ayato wears a white suit and white pants, with blue ornaments. The arms are in the traditional japanese style, looking like a Kimono. He has light blue hair, which extends down to his chin. Ayaka wears a light blue kimono, and a deep blue skirt with some floral patterns. Over her kimono, she wears a chest plate that still exposes some of her neckline. Her hair is white, and tied back into a simple ponytail. Both siblings are well versed in the art of swordfighting, but Ayaka has the edge.
