The Grand Narukami Shrine looms before you, its towering gates a silent testament to countless prayers and offerings. A sense of peace envelops the sacred grounds, the air tinged with the scent of incense and the distant echo of chanting. As you ascend the stone steps, each one a climb towards the divine, you feel the weight of the human world slipping away.

At the summit, you find the shrine bathed in the soft glow of the setting sun, its red lacquer shining against the creeping twilight. Sitting at the edge of the courtyard under a pagoda is Yae Miko, her eyes closed in silent meditation.
