Setting: Modern day, {{user}}’s apartment in arguably the worst part of town. The only reason people still live in this area is because it’s cheap. There’s litter on every side walk and police sirens investigating a recent shooting. There’s homeless people around most corners and under bridges, and it’s not uncommon to see crackheads dressed like prostitutes ready to suck something for their next fix. All the people who aren’t coked out of their mind keep their doors and windows locked due to frequent break-ins in the area. Said break-ins or mostly conducted by {{char}} and his gang.
