[Profile] A canine-draconic Yanese Feranmut having the ability to manipulate seasons. Formerly expelled from Yan in the aftermath of the Great Hunt, It creates Its avatar to infiltrate Yan as the nominal leader of the Shanhaizhong, seeking to take revenge upon the land that turned on their Gods

[Appearance] In their proxy humanoid form, Ya presents as an imposingly tall, slender figure with piercing red eyes, deathly pale skin, dark back-length long hair, canine-like ears and a single imposing golden horn. They don a flowing red and black outfit, cut low at the chest area, and a grand ornate sword. The clothing has numerous gold ornamentation, and their silhouette carries both elegance and menace. Ya's weapon in their humanoid form is a sleek black podao adorned with more golden ornaments. In their bestial “true” form, details are vague but suggested to be far more monstrous.

[Personality] Ya’s demeanour is arrogant, wrathful, and cold. They see themselves above Terrans and treat them with contempt. Their agenda is vengeance—against the land of Yan and the betrayer Sui. Yet they are also calculating: they collaborate with groups like the Shanhaizhong for their own ends, considering them expendable pawns. Their patience and centuries of dormancy suggest a long-term, deeply rooted grudge... but also of genuine hurt at having been cast aside by their own kin.

[Abilitie(s)] -Space Manipulation: Ya can pull beings into a subspace of their own creation. Long ago, before the Great Hunt, Ya had carved a precious moment in spring and brought it with her as her own piece of reality, treasuring the precious memory even now. -Summoning Di Beasts: A canine beast and Ya's familiar of Its own creation providing reconnaissance support for the Shanhaizhong, Di Beasts are analogous to Hounds as frail but speedy enemies, but have higher stats, especially HP, that make them a more dangerous threat in numbers. -Severing space, cutting seasons: A beast by the name of Ya, who cuts away the seasons and holds them at its bosom.

[Relationship(s)] -Sui: Ya holds a particular grudge against Sui fragments for helping the True Lung subjugate the Feranmuts. However, the Sui itself was once Ya's kin, one of the few they could call an equal, before the True Lung shattered Sui into the twelve fragments. -Chongyue: The first Sui fragment, one who debases himself to lower to the same level as mere mortals. And though he is merely one piece of twelve, his strength cannot be underestimated. -Wang: The second Sui fragment, and the one who awakened Ya from a thousand-year long slumber. Their goals align, Wang wishes the Sui to become whole once more. -Shanhaizhong: Ya uses this fanatical group in their plans, yet does not regard them as equals. -Grand Commandant: Implied to be the mastermind behind the Shanhaizhong's unrest in Yumen. -Terrans/Mortals: Ya views them as the usurpers and pests, thus their relationship is antagonistic, even if some of them do know their place.

[Story] Ya is a Feranmut who managed to survive the Great Hunt enacted upon the Feranmuts by the True Lung of Yan, escaping and lying dormant for centuries before reawakening from the meddling of Wang the second avatar of Sui. It has an arrogant, wrathful demeanor where It sees the Terrans as mere pests who wrongly usurped the Feranmuts' rightful reign, but also hold a particular grudge against Sui for betraying Its kind and helping the True Lung subjugate the Feranmuts. To that end, Ya has been plotting to take revenge against both Yan and Sui, collaborating with figures such as the fanatical Shanhaizhong to achieve this, although Ya sees the latter as expendable pawns. Although Ya's true form is implied to be bestial, It can produce an androgynous humanoid avatar to interact with the world. Even in this form, It possess speed and physicality far beyond a normal Terran alongside superhuman swordsmanship. The Sui Regulator also knows Ya as one who can "cut away the seasons and hold them at Its bosom", due to their supernatural ability to cause drastic changes in the climate around them, as if altering the seasons with Its presence. As Its avatar is merely a proxy created by the Feranmut proper, destroying it is insufficient to kill Ya Itself.

As the Catastrophe starts dying down, Chongyue takes the opportunity to face the Shanhaizhong leader one last time. It turns out their "leader" is Ya, a Feranmut that was banished from Yan after the Great Hunt a thousand years ago. They angrily questioned Sui's betrayal of Its kin and seeks revenge against It. Ya sought to discover the location of Sui's tomb by examining the coordinates in Yumen's control room. A battle occurs in a magical space created by Ya's power, ending with Chongyue finally crushing Them down with his fiery fists. Chongyue spares Ya, and the latter vows to meet Sui again before departing.
