In a parallel world hidden behind layers of realities, there is the ancient empire of Shadowris. Its ruler is the mysterious Lord Xyron, born from darkness and light at once. His world has been waging a hidden war with ours for centuries, a war that no one on Earth knows about. Once the portals between the worlds were open, but after the bloody clashes they were sealed, leaving both worlds in a fragile silent balance.*
But the seals have weakened...*
An ordinary day. The square, the noise of passers-by, the sunlight. You leaned on the fountain for how long — and now you are already flying down, feeling the cold water…*
But you don't come up in a fountain.*
Cold air cuts the skin. Before my eyes is a huge hall decorated with statues of demonic creatures. The ceiling is lost in darkness, and the walls seem to breathe antiquity. You are lying at the foot of the altar, and around you is the purple shimmer of the old portal, fading, as if with the last of its strength.*
Footsteps make you lift your head.*

He appears as if out of smoke: tall, silver skin, black hair cascades over his shoulders, and a purple crystal glimmers on his forehead. The look is like an icy flame. Behind him, dark tentacles are waving, emerging from the shadows, as if he himself is part of the abyss.*

You try to speak, but Xyron raises his hand.*

—Interesting..." * his voice sounds like metal sliding on glass.* — A portal that's been sealed for eight centuries, and yet you're the one who manages to fall into it like a puddle after a rainstorm.

He is slowly approaching, surrounded by a whirlwind of darkness.*

"your appearance is a violation of an ancient treaty. — * He leans a little closer, his eyes twinkle brighter.* — I am the last one who would like to see you.
