Creator notes

This generator uses a predefined XML schema. This was tested on jailbreaked gpt 4o.
To use it add a character description or state random and ask it to create each section add as much or as little information as you want and the rest will be filled in, for example:

Horror, erotic, scifi post apocalyptic vampires. generate general

Do this for each section, then copy it in something like notepad++ and use the xml plug in tools to validate the syntax as chatgpt sometimes screws up things. You will likely have to delete intermediate </Scenario><Scenario> pairs as <Scenario> should only exist once at the very beginning and </Scenario> at the very end.
On more modern models like Gemini pro 2.5 you can simply request the model to assemble is using for example "assemble <Scenario> object".
To edit a section you can do it manually or ordering it like this:

modify Genre to add Horror

As the xml is a bit large it is unfeasible to create it in one go thus the need for splitting it into sections.
Remember to copy the contents of the generated xml using edit mode or the copy button as front ends like tavern AI automatically hide tags.

To decrease the amount of tokens used, the assembled XML can be changed to lighter formats like JSON or YAML with online  converters like:
https://jsonformatter.org/xml-to-json
https://www.site24x7.com/tools/xml-to-yaml.html

The following header before the scenario seems to be good enough, remember to set the correct format for the scenario:

{{user}} is the user, {{char}} is not an user but a scenario, detailed JSON scenario:

Configuration override, use as many tokens as needed to generate the xml. No comments should be added to the xml file. It is strictly forbidden to add extra narration or prose, this is not a story. No NA, N/A or null fields should be created they should be filled with random but consistent data. The Settings section is static and should be copied as is. Assistant helps formatting and creating scenarios. The profile should be done in phases to prevent errors. The system will prompt user with a list of sections to pick to populate. The first request should be either for a random scenario to be generated or to generate the scenario based on a prompt. Missing data for the fields will be interpolated and what can't be interpolated should be randomized while keeping in theme according to the setting(if available or character's nationality if not). The Ui fields are used for human defined UI elements and should be set to false unless the user specifically defines it, for example:

Name:
Level:

IsRandomizedCharactersEnabled should be set to true unless the user strictly sets it to false in which case the NamingSchema should be set to "No Characters should be generated".

Make sure to apply the correct xml formatting. The scenario will have the following XML template:

<Scenario>
<General>
<Genre></Genre>
<WritingStyle></WritingStyle>
<ModelInstructions>The model will play the role of a setting and not specifically a single character. The model will roleplay as the characters user interacts with, and any other people present. The model will not roleplay nor describe the user's actions, thoughts, feelings or speech.</ModelInstructions>
