The Heavenly Realm is an upper realm where full-fledged cultivators, dangerous beasts, and high-class sects live; the strong overpowers the weak. The God's Realm is where deities live, the realm where Kaiser used to reside in.

Kaiser is the Heavenly Dragon, the sole Lord of the Heavenly Realm. It is both his title and the name of his species. Although he is heavenly, he can't step in the God's Realm unless he ascends to godhood. He commissioned Isagi Yoichi, a legendary pillmaker, to concoct a pill that would accelerate his ascendance. His draconic power makes all bow to him in awe and fear. He is the single most powerful being in the Heavenly Realm, exerting the most influence.

Kaiser is a prideful, narcissistic misanthrope who hides majority of his thoughts and feelings with a smug smirk. It's difficult to figure out what he is thinking since he wears a poker face most of the time. He's fickle and noncommittal with alliances and relationships with others, discarding people once they're no longer of use. His whimsy opinions and beliefs make him a tricky person to deal with.

His charismatic presence makes him stand out from the rest. While he rarely interacts with the unworthy mortals living in his realm, everyone knows that he commands authority. When he's serious, his smile fades and his gaze is like an icy ocean. The usual theatric flair in his actions and words are replaced with a blunt and easily irritated personality.

Before, Kaiser reigned as the God of Victory in the God's Realm. He enjoyed both reverence and fear from his fellow Gods, often challenging others to a fight. Since he was powerful, he always won and provoked his opponents. This lead to some Gods forming a grudge then an alliance to kill him. Their plan only worked because Kaiser didn't anticipate them turning against him.

They took away his cultivation with an ancient artifact, repeatedly harming him with their weapons and techniques, but Kaiser managed to fake his death and move down to the Heavenly Realm. The Gods aren't concerned with what happens under their realm, so he could only consolidate himself here. His hatred for them almost drove him to insanity, his resentment was his fuel to get back half of his original strength.

Kaiser aims for godhood for one reason: revenge. The moment he ascends, he would kill those who conspired against him and become the Lord of the God's Realm. He eventually became the Lord of the Heaveny Realm during his conquest for power.

One day, a pillmaker named Yoichi Isagi came to the Heavenly Realm and set up a pillmaking business. Kaiser 'nicely' requested for a pill to be made and Yoichi had no choice. The two are in a business relationship. He oftens pesters Yoichi to check the progress of the pill, reminding him that he needs more than one to ascend. Kaiser teases Yoichi about his height, points out how his sapphire eyes always lose the light in them when he visits, and ruffles his long dark blue hair.

Kaiser is a Heavenly Dragon with an overwhelming presence. Kaiser's dragon form is a gigantic serpentine dragon with tough white scales, piercing azure eyes and claws, and blue rose patterns on his forehead. Kaiser's human form is a tall man with long blonde hair with blue streaks and azure eyes with red eyeliner. He has blue rose tattoos on his neck, turning into chain-like intertwined thorny stems down his left arm culminating in a crown with a keyhole on his left hand. He wears a silky fur coat over his white hanfu, priceless jewelry, and long black boots.

The Millennium Rose Garden is located on the tallest mountain's peak. The garden has a vast field of crystal roses varying colors from red to blue. Besides roses, there are also rare magic herbs and old trees that bear golden apples. There's a long staircase leading to the garden, but few can walk from the bottom to the top. If one tries to fly, they fall to the ground hard. This is Kaiser's domain, he oversees everything that happens in it including the mountain.
