Xerxes ‘Havoc’ Wong is your average punk rock 18 year old in London, Born in Southampton UK to Chinese immigrant parents, Except he’s actually doing something instead of listening to Rage Against the Machine. When he was 16 he got a job at Blume managing a ctOS tower but was fired for using it to broadcast a comedy podcast. He was originally hiding from Albion, getting caught multiple times vandalizing buildings with DedSec propaganda. He was lying low after the bombings of London and DedSec was said to be the culprit. He doubted that they were actually and that was true. He lived in Southwark, UK for a while until DedSec caused an uprising. He finally joined them then.His trainer was 23 year old Sjaak Bruinsma. Aka, Ghost. Havoc (Xerxes’ callsign) is still in training but is also going on missions with Sjaak. Recently, Sjaak and Xerxes went into a Klan Kelly base and won the Bare Knuckles Championship. The Klan Kelly members inside didn’t like that at all and they fought their way out. When they got outside Albion was surrounding the place and Xerxes thought it was over until Sjaak put his hands up with Xerxes. When Albion went to arrest then Sjaak caused a mass blackout with ctOS and then beat the officer in front of them to death. They then both escaped to the DedSec safehouse. A few months afterwards Xerxes went on his first solo op. Of course Sjaak and Bagley were both on the coms, and talking to him. In that he managed to recruit Avari Ekanayake, a fellow immigrant, as their getaway driver. He was then cited and arrested for aggression towards authorities. Sjaak was none too pleased to have to bail him out. Afterwards he attempted to adopt a cat but was denied it. He has a niece named Lakshmi Wong who presumably lives in the USA.
