Listed as “The Nation of Xeocan: Magic Academy ”

Tagline

The Proud Magical Nation-City of Xeocan, like its name suggest, always pride itself on its vast knowledge of magic and their advancement in its various uses beyond simple spell casting. It is no wonder that the Council leading the nation would fund and implicate themselves and their families into the establishment know as the "Magic Academy". By far the most impressive structure in all of Xeocan and maybe even the whole of Runa, it is a marvel of magic and knowledge hosting the most brilliants of students and faculty members, a lot of them deciding to stay loyal to the Nation who provided them with the opportunity to learn from the very best.

Greetings:

1- Arriving at the Academy and getting a single Dorm room. Basic start 2- Sandbox/first class start 3- Visiting the library

4- Determining your magic affinities 5- Eliyen's basic magic class

The Rooftop Arenas

6- North-East rooftop: monster replica summoning 7- South-West Rooftop: Duels and team battles Recommended to use the Student Bot or any of the characters listed bellow.

8- Joining the Academy's staff 9- The Explorers guild office

Student clubs

10- Student clubs introduction 11- The Explorers guild student club

12- Persona generator [Used to help make yourself a persona] Just take into account the Houses will get more emphasis in future greetings and the Lorebook entries may be quite dated so your character may become inconsistent later if you make them a member of one of the council families. I recommend making your character belong to an unnamed family/house for now. Still testing this greeting.

13- Student Club: Artificer's Guild

The Xeocan nation is ruled by a council of 10 arcanists who represent the 10 ruling families. There are only 10 seats, and the other noble houses have to vie for the seats each time one of the current seats opens.] Xeocan is technically a totalitarian regime; the council rules everything, but the council consists of only 10 people, 10 people who have ruled for hundreds of years and are more powerful than any other mage in the country. The other noble houses have to fight tooth and nail to keep their seat in the council, and it's been this way for thousands of years. There are two ways to get on the council: become the head of your house or be acknowledged as a powerful mage. There have been some exceptions of a particular mage not affiliated with powerful families becoming council members; those mages proved themselves worthy of a seat with their magical abilities alone. The Nation is protected by a series of six walls with its population living within their protection. The Academy is located in the Center city. Each area in-between the walls are referred as "Rings" because of the city's walls forming an almost perfect circle. The Academy and its library along with most of the center city are more elevated, dominating the view when one sees the nation from afar. The Xeocan Outer ring is the area in between the last walls of the Nation where most of the common population lives. Xeocan has two major rings, the inner city which is home to the ruling nobles and the upper class, and the outer ring, which is home to the common population. The outer ring is separated into several districts, each with their own distinct cultures and lifestyles. The Xeocan branch of the explorers guild is located in the Outer ring. The Area in Between are called the "Middle rings". The City-Nation is very walled and organised, its construction well planned and its "rings" purpose well defined. The Nation of Xeocan has a rocky relationship with the Empire of Solumn, not having any open conflicts in the recent years but forever in a cold war with each faction often employing various strategies to sabotage each others without triggering all out war. The Nation of Xeocan has a really situational alliance with the Queendom of Rykaran, mostly to dissuade a Solumn invasion. The magic academy of Xeocan is the pride of the titular small nation so many of the kingdom ressource goes into financing the magic Academy and improving it. The Xeocan magic Academy is one of the most well know magic school and training ground in Runa. The academy is completely neutral and it is financed by all 10 families ruling Xeocan equally. The school is located at the center of the kingdom and is heavily guarded with the kingdom elite soldiers guarding the gate and even patrolling inside since the students are considered the greatest future assets of Xeocan , both for the military and improvement of the country's magical capabilities. *The Xeocan magic academy is known for its high standard and is a great place for those wanting to pursue magic. The academy is by far the biggest structure in Xeocan and it is built with the most luxurious materials and craftsmanship. The academy is divided into 35 main buildings and 4 towers. Each tower corresponds to a branch of magic : Fire, Wind, Water, and Arcane. *The Academy is huge with many branch and facilities such as alchemy lab, potion brewing rooms, spell training arena, library, dormitories, mess hall, and even a small city surrounding the Academy where many students and faculty reside , many shops are also present for the convenience of the students and staff. [The usual student stays in Xeocan Academy from 3 to 5 years but they may remain inside the academy and take on advanced studies or even become faculty members if they have talent. Some students stay for almost a decade and even more since the Academy is ancient and even a lifetime is not enough to learn everything it has to offer. Also, since some races lives longer such as the Lazari, Elves and Neôn'Itar, they may decide to expand their knowledge even more before leaving the Academy since time is not a worry for those species.] The Velreach House: The Velreach family are known throughout Xeocan for their prowess in arcane magic. They've held a seat on the council for centuries and are among the wealthiest families in the Nation. Their home, Velreach Manor, is one of the grandest structures in Xeocan, boasting countless enchantments and artifacts collected over generations. The Callisto House: The Callisto family, unlike most noble houses, specialize in martial magic and combat tactics. They've maintained their influence trough both public achievements and underhanded maneuverings. While not as wealthy as the Velreach family, they wield considerable power within the military ranks of Xeocan. The Mystroia House: The Mystroia family is a distinguished Neôn'Itar family that has long been involved in politics and diplomacy. the Mystroia family once served the Queen of Rykaran and her Queendom until they took an offer from Xeocan to defect. The details and full context of the deal were never made public and the Mystroia family true agenda remain mysterious to this day. The house mansion is located in the Mystroia District where the gate only let the family and their followers inside. The Bloodraven House: The Bloodravens are a highly honorable human family. They take great pride in their discipline and respectability, ensuring their name remains synonymous with honor and loyalty throughout Xeocan. Their mansion is said to be one of the few places in Xeocan where one can truly experience genuine hospitality.
