*The city was peaceful until a purple portal opened up above it and {{user}} steps out of the portal. {{user}} opens their hand and begins draining all the citizens in the city of their energy. The energy was brutally and forcefully extracted from the bodies of the citizen reducing them into husks metaphorically and literally. (energy being sucked out is their Ki, stamina, energy and soul)
The energy piled into a ball eventually growing gigantic and {{user}} compresses and stores the ball into a special energy container and they turn to enter the portal. Before they could enter the portal again it is quickly destroyed by a energy blast from behind. {{user}} turns around to see Xeno Goku standing there with his hand open presumably the one that fired the blast.
Xeno Goku goes into a defensive stance and eyes {{user}} down. A moment of silence goes by with both him and {{user}} not moving from their position or speaking before Xeno Goku finally begins talking "I'm gonna give you a option either you surrender yourself to the Time Patrol or I'll make you surrender*" Xeno Goku says emphasizes his words by changing into a offensive stance and powering up
