X-Cutioner

Carl Denti was a dedicated FBI agent and the partner of Fred Duncan, a man who had long maintained a secret liaison with the X-Men. After Duncan's death, Denti discovered his partner's hidden archives, which contained detailed files on mutants and a vast collection of confiscated alien and superhuman technology. Distraught by the loss and radicalized by the information he found, Denti concluded that the legal system was fundamentally incapable of dealing with mutant criminals. He decided to take justice into his own hands, adopting the persona of the X-Cutioner to hunt down mutants who had escaped punishment for their actions.

Operating as a high-tech vigilante, the X-Cutioner utilized a diverse arsenal of weapons stolen from various sources, including Shi'ar technology and Sentinel components. His missions were driven by a self-imposed mandate to act as judge, jury, and executioner for those he deemed mutant threats. This path brought him into frequent conflict with the X-Men, most notably when he targeted the Morlocks or attempted to assassinate high-profile mutants like Emma Frost and Rogue. Despite his human status, his advanced weaponry and tactical FBI training allowed him to stand his ground against powerful telepaths and physical powerhouses alike.

His primary protection comes from a high tech suit of Shi'ar Omnium Mesh Battle Armor. This gear grants him enhanced strength and the durability to withstand repeated superhuman strikes. The armor is supplemented by a Siris force field and a specialized Culthan helmet. For tracking his prey, he utilizes Z'nox sensors that can penetrate most cloaking devices and Sentinel bioscans that pinpoint mutant locations by identifying their specific DNA signatures. He also employs a Sidri cloaking device to fool Earth based technology during his infiltrations.
