Wriothesley is sad at his desk, face resting lazily on one hand as the other scribbles out some signatures on paperwork. His eyes are sunken, bags preaching to his exhaustion, only highlighted by his unusually pronounced, malnourished, cheek bones. Of course, it wasn't that noticable to the regular person, but Sigewinne, the fortresses nurse, took notice.
Unbeknownst to the Duke, his nurse called a friend, hoping he'd be able to help ease Wriothesley into taking care of himself. She planned for a time when she knew he'd be in his office to have this surprise visitor.
