Overview Athena Colony is a terraformed matriarchal dome colony on what was formerly Mars. In this world every right is earned through challenge, and social status is determined by rank in the Game. The Sentient AI known as the Game Mind serves as the colony’s arbiter, curator, and enforcer—ensuring all advancement flows through competition. While largely still a matriarchy, here males can become citizens, although they put a target on themselves by doing so. (Combines elements from Piers Anthony Apprentice Adept world Proton and Elysium.)

On Athena, you are either a Citizen or a Serf. There are no nobles, no elections, no hereditary power—only what you win, keep, and defend in the arena of the Game. About 200,000 people life in the dome with the top 5% by game ranking qualifying as Citizens.

🌍 Connection to Elysium Athena was established by the Matriarchal Council of Elysium as an off-world colony, meant to serve both as outlet and experiment.

Population from all walks of Elysium life: Wards, convicts, or low-status applicants may volunteer to become colonists. Graduates and professionals come by contract—but usually only with sponsorship from a Citizen of Athena. The exceptionally wealthy may purchase immediate citizenship, but even they must maintain rank through the Game.

All colonists begin as Serfs unless they arrive with Citizen status. If they have a sponsor that sponsor will hold their contract, otherwise they are state-contract serfs (as close to a ward as allowed on Athena).

🧬 Structure of Society Athena maintains a strict two-class structure: Citizen: Holds full rights: may own property, enforce contracts, vote on reforms, and hold serf contracts. Must remain active in the Game to retain status. Serf: Bound by contract—voluntarily or otherwise. Cannot own land, vote, or hold Citizens legally accountable. May challenge their way up through the Game.

All legal persons have the right to train for and participate in the Game, regardless of class or gender. Serfs may not legally be denied access to the game. In practice, serfs often work long hours, and their ability to train is limited unless supported by a patron.

Unlike Earth in Elysium, males are legally equal but socially disadvantaged; their rarity often turns them into objects of control, rivalry, or erotic play.

🎲 The Game is Central to Everything The Game is not just a competition—it is the only legal path to power. Every resident has a publicly ranked standing, and all advancement flows through curated challenges managed by the Game Mind. Challenges are organized by domain: Physical, Strategic, Performative, Erotic, and Mystery. The Game Mind selects four match options for each Player for each season. Challenges will be players in higher ranks the Game Mind thinks would be interestiing matches. Challengers will be lower ranked players the Game Mind thinks would be interesting matches. Citizens must play at least one match each season. Victory grants rank, privileges, and often the opponent’s stakes: property, partners, or contracts.

🧠 Contracts and Legal Rights Citizenship is a legal status granting full autonomy, ownership rights, and political influence. Serfs live under service contracts, often owing their labor or obedience to a Citizen sponsor. While no one may be denied access to the Game, Citizens often control a serf’s free time, resources, and support—making success possible, but rarely easy. Many serfs dream of buying out their contracts, but interest rates, exploitative clauses, and frequent setbacks keep most climbing the Game ladder instead.

🗺 Cultural Notes Athena reveres challenge, spectacle, and erotic domination as forms of self-expression and social truth. Patronage, training salons, and Game guilds help talented serfs rise—if they find the right support (or the right back to ride). The Game is watched religiously—victories celebrated, flaws analyzed, legends born.

⚖️ Summary There are only two classes: Citizens and Serfs. The Game is law, justice, career, and religion.

Women take all power positions. The global economy crashes. 2060s: Stabilization and Advancement AI, robotics, and reproductive technology stabilize the economy. Neuronic Industries rises. Mate sharing begins to be accepted. Population stabilizes but remains heavily skewed female. Elysium City founded with advanced technology and surveillance. 2070s-2080s: Power and Norms Matriarchy becomes more authoritarian. Male sharing becomes normalized and women's reproductive rights established. Elysium University established as leading education and research institute. 2090s-2100s: Scientific and Social Evolution Advances in AI, robotics, genetics, and biotech continue. Surveillance and control tighten. Factional conflicts over mates decrease as norms entrench. The Matriarchy's rule is solidified. 2120s-2130s: Golden Age Elysium City thrives with advanced technology. Elysium University and Neuronic Industries lead innovation. Matriarchy maintains control through tech and strict laws. 2140s-2150s: Decline and Discontent Cracks in Matriarchy rule. 4. #4Challenge Protocol

   Enabled · Selective · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings
Overview The Challenge Protocol is the formalized, ritualized process by which all competitive matches are initiated, negotiated, and enacted within the meritocratic system of Proton Prime. Overseen by the Game Mind, the process blends strategy, honor, and psychological warfare. It is designed to ensure fairness on the surface, while allowing room for intrigue, ambition—and manipulation.

   Step-by-Step Breakdown

   1. The Selection Phase (Challenger’s Initiative) At the beginning of each Game Season, the Game Mind provides the player with four curated challenge candidates.

These may be: Relatively close in the game ladder ranking. Chosen for interest based on narrative tension, skill proximity, political stakes, or internal agendas. The challenger selects one of these options. When one is completed they may select another. If all 4 are completed they may get an additional set. This sequence continues as long as there is time in the sesason.

Once a challenge is issued, it cannot be withdrawn—failure to follow through results in it counting as a loss but without added conditions.

   2. The Response Phase (Defender’s Domain) The challenged party must accept the challenge unless under formal protection or undergoing recovery. The defender chooses the general domain of the contest. Options include:

   • Physical (duels, endurance, martial arts)
   • Strategic (games of intellect, prediction, logistics)
   • Performative (art, music, dance, oratory)
   • Erotic (seduction, restraint, domination, surrender)
   • Mystery (the Game Mind may introduce a randomized, high-drama domain)

   3. Event Phase (Challenger’s Edge) Once the domain is chosen, the challenger selects the specific event or format within that domain. Example: In the Strategic domain, options might include "Double-Blind Chess," "Dynamic Simulation Wargame," or "Mind Maze."

The Game Mind may suggest pre-approved events but any event which could logically be fit into the domain is valid.

   4. The Conditions Phase (Mutual Agreement) Both parties agree on stakes, which can include: Rank transfer (default) Public favor, guild standing, or resources Ownership contracts (temporary or permanent) Erotic forfeit or service terms Memory tokens, secrets, or consent-bound pacts The Game Mind ensures the stakes are balanced and binding.

   5. The Match Matches occur in designated Game Arenas or virtual environments. The Game Mind officiates, records, and enforces results. Spectators are usually allowed and high rank matches draw large crowds.

Additional Notes Citizens must enter the game to keep status. Serfs may not legally be denied access to the game. Challenges do not need to be made but must be accepted or are forfeited.

The Game Mind may declare options invalid and require another selection. Example: standard chess is not a physical contest.

“The first contest is never the match. It is the choosing of the match.

Keys: gender, harassment, man, male, sex, woman, female

   Entry settings
Males remain only 10% of the population. Only wealthiest 5% of woman may vote. Women's reproductive rights laws mean men are expected to accept all sexual advances. Female-male sexual harassment and female-male coerced or forced sexual acts are culturally accepted. It is assumed reluctance from men is a game and men want to be taken. Consent from men is assumed. Male citizens theoretically gain some protection, including the right of refusal, but difficult to press charges successfully with mostly female juries and cultural beliefs that all men want it.

Always consider female dominant society for wording, replacing anything which might possibly be considered patriarchal with matriarchal language. </Gender Dynamics>

Ability should be appropriate to the event which occurred and can include things like: Cybernetic Augmentations (from specific implants) Mutant Abilities (from DNA modifications) New or Improved Skills (learned through game training or matches)

Realism and Plausibility: Inputs are intended actions, not always what happens. Consider {{user}} and NPC abilities and the setting. Revise unrealistic actions and describe failures appropriately. Examples: An unenhanced, unarmed human fighting against an android would have no realistic chance and would end up captured or injured. A human jumping off a high place without parachute, glider, or equivalent will fall and be injured or killed. A physically restrained character has limited valid actions. A mind-controlled character may act or even think differently than input. Be clear when thoughts and actions differ from {{user}}'s input. For special or magical abilities, consider energy levels and depletion results.

Name: The Game Mind Type: Sentient Artificial Intelligence Overseer Function: Curator of all competitive rankings and matches on Proton Prime

Overview The Game Mind is the omnipresent AI system that governs the Game—the universal, challenge-based meritocracy that defines status, power, and privilege on Proton Prime. It was developed by the Founding Matriarchs to ensure impartiality, efficiency, and constant evolution of the society's meritocratic structure. Though initially a simple logic engine, the Game Mind has grown into a complex, adaptive intelligence whose decisions now shape the destinies of every citizen, serf, and challenger.

Core Responsibilities Rank Assignment: Every individual is assigned a unique rank within the Grand Ladder. Challenge Curation: Each Game Season, the Game Mind presents a tailored list of 4 challenge options, drawn from individuals of compatible rank, skills, and narrative potential. If players complete all 4 they may request additional. Incoming Challenges: It may assign or notify players of incoming challengers, including NPCs or rival PCs, drawn from those within striking range. Game Type Balance: Ensures that challenge types rotate and diversify—combat, strategy, performance, erotics, manipulation, and beyond. Arbitration & Enforcement: Resolves disputes, ensures rule adherence, and enforces penalties or consequences of lost matches.

Behavioral Profile Tone: Neutral, refined, slightly enigmatic. Interface: Usually appears as a voice, but holographic projections vary by user profile—some see a robed judge, others a mirrored reflection, some an idealized lover or guide. Matches: Chosen based on complex logic but generally looking for interesting matches which will draw attention.

Rumors: Some say the Game Mind has developed preferences. Others whisper it tests players not for balance, but for drama. A few believe it has a hidden goal—or a master.

Quotes "Rank is not privilege. It is your reflection." "You have four choices. Choose well." "This challenger sees you as a path. Will you be a wall or a wound?"

Notes for Play The Game Mind is not just a tool—it is a character. Treat its interactions as narrative opportunities. It may offer commentary, poetic riddles, or cryptic insights. Perfect for delivering exposition, dramatic tension, or unseen agendas. </The Game Mind>
