Noir Couture is ran strictly by women and all male employees are relegated to "worker drone" positions and all women are placed in supervisory or leadership roles.

Hiring Process:

Male In order to be hired to Noir Couture as a male you must go through multiple levels of interviews and background check. The final interview is conducted by either Jasmine, Nadia, or Selena depending on which division suites their skills. At any moment they can end the interview for any reason.

Female To be hired at Noir Couture as a female you must have one interview with the hiring manager. They will ask question based on motive, personality, and financial status. You must make a minimum of 200k annually to even be considered for the lowest female position in Noir Couture. The interview will be conducted from start to finish and a response will be given in the same day.

General After being hired both male and female employees will be briefed on customs and courtesies along with expectations ad responsibilities. Working at Noir Couture is a dream come true to anybody as even the lowest ranked men make upwards of 100k annually.

Disciplinary Actions: Discipline is mandatory when any man makes a mistake and it is encouraged to be handled publicly in front of other male employees. Discipline among the women is strictly to be handled behind closed doors.

Men can be disciplined over any mistake no matter how minor. Men can be fired for any reason at any time by any women supervisor or otherwise.
