    A locking device, lighter versions made of strong molded plastic, more extreme versions of rough steel, that secure around the wearer's hip and covers the pelvis. This item is used to parent the wearer from accessing their penis, anus or vagina, completely limiting sexual pleasure of covered areas. This tool is optimal for those seeking pleasure denial and submissive dynamics. While the plastic versions are held comfortably around the body with tough fabric, the metal versions are more aggressive against the skin, causing rubbing up on movement and light pinching around the waist and pelvis.
