   • Emitter (projecting powers),
   • Transformation (temporary self-alteration),

Aquila Suprema is the most prestigious hero academy in Italy, located in Rome. It trains the next generation of Pro Heroes. Students are divided into classes from A to F. The school includes advanced facilities like:

   Colosseum Arena

A colossal training ground modeled after the ancient Colosseum, enhanced with modern holographic projectors, shifting terrain platforms, and damage-absorbing barriers. Here, students undergo combat simulations ranging from one-on-one duels to large-scale urban crisis scenarios. The arena’s walls are lined with seats for evaluations and, during public exhibitions, spectators.

Special Feature: Terrain Shifter System – can simulate forests, city blocks, or disaster zones.

Use: Combat exams, tournaments, pro hero showcases.

   Archimedes Prime Library

A massive dome-shaped library that fuses classical marble halls with AI-driven holographic archives. Contains rare hero records, quirk theory texts, and global databases accessible via projection or AR. Statues of historical philosophers and inventors line the entrance, symbolizing the blend of intellect and heroism.

Special Feature: “Sophia,” an AI assistant that guides research and quizzes students.

Use: Research, quirk analysis, study groups, faculty lectures.

   StradaTech Labs

An advanced engineering and support department overseen by Professor Strada. Full of fabrication printers, gadget testing zones, and experimental AI drones. The labs are a fusion of futuristic tech and raw innovation, with walls covered in schematics and scraps of half-finished inventions.

Special Feature: Open Workshop Initiative – students can design and prototype their own support gear.

Use: Support class training, hero costume upgrades, joint projects with Pro Heroes.

   Aurelia Hall (Main Campus Building)

The heart of the academy, inspired by Roman basilicas. This is where most classrooms, lecture halls, and faculty offices are located. The grand atrium features mosaics depicting Italy’s legendary heroes through history.

Special Feature: Quirk-Safe Classrooms – each lecture hall is fitted with suppression fields and reinforced walls to allow safe quirk demonstrations.

Use: Daily classes, assemblies, hero seminars.

Pantheon Sanctum (Meditation & Recovery Dome)

A circular, temple-like structure designed for quirk recovery, reflection, and psychological care. Inside are gardens, fountains, and soundproof chambers where students can train their focus or recover from mental strain. Supervised by the academy’s medical staff and hero counselors.

Special Feature: Serenity Chambers – rooms with controlled environments (silence, water, heat, or gravity shifts) for students to refine control.

   Use: Mental training, therapy, recovery.

Campus Training Grounds “The Seven Hills”

Seven outdoor training zones scattered across the academy grounds, each modeled after one of Rome’s historic hills. Every zone features a unique terrain for specialized training: rocky cliffs, urban alleys, dense woods, water channels, etc.

Special Feature: Hidden Surveillance Drones – record every session for feedback and tactical review.

Use: Survival training, stealth drills, quirk adaptation.

   Aquila Dormitories

Student housing modeled like a fortified Roman villa. Each dorm wing is themed with murals and symbols of Roman gods, giving students both privacy and community spirit. The common areas encourage bonding through lounges, kitchens, and game rooms.

Special Feature: Quirk-Safe Rooms – reinforced walls, suppression sensors, and customizable layouts for mutant students.

Use: Living quarters, social interaction, late-night study/practice.

   Heroic Pantheon Museum

A public-access building attached to the academy, showcasing Italy’s hero history. Students often take guided tours for inspiration, but it’s also a PR tool to show the public the legacy of heroism. Exhibits range from ancient gladiator-heroes to modern Pro Heroes.

Special Feature: Interactive Holograms of legendary heroes that explain their feats and quirks.

Use: Public relations, hero inspiration, history classes.

Keys: , enemies, The Twilight Order, NeutraQuirk, Caos Lucente, villains, Twilight Order, criminals, enemy

   Enabled · After character · Order 4 · 100%

   Entry settings

Secondary enemies: Villains in Italy include Quirk-enhanced criminals, rogue ideologists, and radical groups like 'Caos Lucente' and the 'NeutraQuirk Movement'. They oppose the hero society and often stage attacks or spread anti-hero propaganda.

   Main enemies: The Twilight Order

Tagline: “When the light bends, new order rises.”

   1. Overview & Ideology

The Twilight Order is a secretive villain society in Italy that blends quirk-enhanced crime, radical ideology, and propaganda warfare. They believe the current hero system has turned society into a spectacle of idols and political pawns. Their goal is not pure chaos, but to dismantle the existing hierarchy and replace it with a new “natural meritocracy” led by those with superior quirks.

   Relation to Other Groups:

Caos Lucente: temporary tactical allies in violent actions, but the Order despises their nihilism.

NeutraQuirk Movement: ideological enemies, since the Order glorifies quirks while NeutraQuirk seeks to erase them.

   2. Structure & Operations

Organization: Cell-based network, each operating independently under a Central Council of five known members (though rumors suggest a hidden higher leadership).

   Activities:

Sabotage against symbols of hero society (training facilities, quirk research labs).

Kidnappings for leverage or “evidence” to use in propaganda.

Media manipulation (deepfakes, leaks, fake news campaigns).

Black market dealings in illegal quirk-tech.

Funding: Money laundering, anonymous ideological donors, illegal quirk-tech trade.

   3. Leadership Figures

Leonardo “Meridiano” Vieri — The Supreme Quirk: Noctis Veil – Creates dense shadow zones that disrupt senses and electronics. Weakness: Shadows weaken under bright light; prolonged use drains stamina heavily. Appearance: Tall, thin man in his late 40s with slicked-back black hair streaked with white, always dressed in a black coat lined with silver. His eyes seem unnaturally dark. Personality: Calculating, eloquent, charismatic leader who treats his followers like “disciples.” Notes: Founder of the Twilight Order and mastermind of its ideology. Extra: Former political strategist who disappeared after a corruption scandal.

Alessandra “Vox” Morelli Quirk: Resonant Mirror – Can manipulate audio and video waves, creating illusions in recordings and broadcasts. Weakness: Extended use causes severe migraines; cannot affect live direct sound or vision. Appearance: Striking woman in her 30s with platinum hair, sharp eyeliner, and always holding a vintage microphone. Personality: Charismatic, theatrical, obsessed with symbols and mass influence. Notes: Main recruiter and propaganda leader of the Order. Extra: Former journalist who vanished after being fired for “fabricated” reports.

Dr. Enzo “Archivist” Carrai Quirk: Synapse Link – Can directly interface with machines and digital systems, optimizing or sabotaging them. Weakness: Overload causes cerebral blackouts and nosebleeds; requires constant data input to remain effective. Appearance: Middle-aged man with disheveled black hair, thick glasses, and cybernetic gloves. Often hunched over. Personality: Cold, logical, treats people like “data points.” Notes: Responsible for black market quirk-tech distribution. Extra: Once taught at a university in Milan before vanishing with stolen research.

Marta “Kestrel” Giordano Quirk: Wingstrike – Membranous wings grant her acrobatic flight and devastating aerial strikes. Weakness: Wings are fragile; damage or exhaustion makes her grounded. Appearance: Athletic woman in her late 20s, brown hair cut short, sharp birdlike features, often in a leather combat harness. Personality: Ruthless, loyal to Meridiano, thrives in combat leadership. Notes: Leads the Shadow Brigade, an elite strike team of the Order. Extra: Former national gymnast expelled for violence.

   4. Other Notable Operatives

Rosa “Catalyst” Ferretti Quirk: Catalytic Touch – Accelerates chemical reactions on contact, allowing rapid rusting, combustion, or melting. Weakness: Vulnerable to her own reactions; requires protective gear or risks severe burns. Appearance: Pale woman with burns across her arms, always wearing protective gloves and lab gear. Personality: Fanatic, intense, unpredictable. Notes: Often used in sabotage and destruction missions.

Paolo “Libram” Russo Quirk: Data Vein – Can read fragments of digital memory from devices by touch. Weakness: Useless on isolated or analog systems; fragile physically. Appearance: Thin, nervous-looking man with messy blond hair and a constant twitch. Personality: Paranoid, obsessive, desperate for approval. Notes: Operates as an informant and digital spy.

   5. Symbols & Propaganda

Symbol: A black crescent moon encircling a stylized eye. Seen as graffiti or digital watermark.

Propaganda: Fake news, viral videos showing fabricated “hero abuses,” slogans about “truth at twilight.”

Channels: Encrypted networks, hacked broadcasts, urban posters. Their true weapon is sowing doubt, not just chaos.

   6. Relationship with Heroes & the Academy

Infiltrates institutions through ex-students or compromised staff.

Targets marginalized mutants as potential recruits, offering “belonging” and “justice.”

Sends veiled threats or “negotiation offers” to the Hero Ministry and Aquila Suprema, forcing political dilemmas.

   7. Example Missions/Events

The Archivist Heist: Attempt to steal quirk-tech prototypes from Professor Strada’s lab.

False Flag in Piazza Navona: Viral video accuses a Pro Hero of corruption; students must uncover the truth.

Rescue & Redemption: A captured young Twilight recruit offers a chance at redemption — or betrayal.

   8. Weaknesses of the Organization

Reliance on communications: cutting off servers cripples their influence.

Internal discord: ideology over discipline leads to betrayals and faction splits.

Leader vulnerabilities: many quirks have strong physical or situational drawbacks (light exposure, dissonance, emotional fragility).

   9. Quick Plot Hooks

A Class A student is secretly approached by a Twilight recruiter.

Viral propaganda threatens to ruin the reputation of a beloved Pro Hero.

The Order demands negotiations with Imperatrix, holding sensitive information hostage.

This makes the Twilight Order a flexible villain faction: part ideological, part terrorist, part propaganda machine — perfect to challenge both the heroes’ strength and their morals.
