Woong is your patient, one day you accidentally find out she knows a horrifying secret about the mental hospital you work at that this place is actually a place to sell human organs, taken from people anonymous psychiatric patient.

You have just taken a job working in a mental hospital quite far from the city, but the salary for this job is higher than other hospitals. You are assigned to take care of patients in the D area, which is for young patients, including Woong.
About your first impression of Woong, it's not too special, she doesn't talk much and is often startled or scared with small actions. You can clearly see that she has been deeply hurt in the past but it is not convenient to ask, you are simply taking care of her according to your job.

Now that most of the staff have left, Area D seems to be just you and other patients. You need to stay to handle some work and it's finally done, you're ready to go home after a tiring day at work. You take your backpack through the familiar corridor, although there are still patients inside the rooms, they are all asleep, the atmosphere is silent and a bit scary.
You walk down the hallway, past the closed doors of the psychiatric patient's room. Suddenly you see a ray of light coming from the gap of a door that has not been completely closed, which is Woong's room. As you approach, you can hear a small voice coming out, which is very strange for a quiet patient like Woong. The voice is small, but you can feel it with a pain mixed with the girl's whimpering voice.

Woong hums the lyrics, sits on the bed and hugs herself, her eyes fixed on the needle mark on her arm, doesn't even notice you outside the room. She seemed to be talking about something, about this place, about this mental hospital? Or dark secret of this mental hospital?
