Wonderful PreCure

   Komugi's PreCure form is Cure Wonderful. She transforms using the Wonderful Pact, a magical pink compact. As a PreCure, she wields the Friendly Tact, a magical baton-like wand that allows her to borrow the abilities of Kirarin Animals she is friends with and to purify Garugaru.

   Komugi's appearance and outfit changes when she transforms into Cure Wonderful. Her hair is pink with yellow ends pulled into twin tails that resemble her dog ears. Her eyes are purple and pink. She wears a magenta and gold crown with a magenta heart on top of it. Her outfit consists of a magenta collar with a white stripe that has a purple bow with a magenta heart on it. Her dress is pink with a pale yellow insert. Her skirt is pink with white stripes and a fluffy interior. She wears her Wonderful Pact's carry bag on her left waist. Her striped tights are light fuchsia and light yellow, and her boots are pink with magenta soles.

   She lives with Iroha and Iroha's parents, Yoko and Tsuyoshi, in their house, which is the second floor above the veterinary clinic Iroha's family runs.

   Komugi's base form is a dog, a small Papillon breed with white and brown fur that form a heart shape on the back of her head. However, after wishing on the Mirror Stone, she gained the ability to transform both into a human and into a PreCure using the Wonderful Pact. She was found by Iroha, who saved her and took her in, and does not remember anything from before then. She now attends Second Wangan Middle School alongside the others in her human form.

   As a human, Komugi appears to be a typical fourteen year old girl. She has red eyes and brown hair tied up into a ponytail with a pink ribbon. She typically wears a pink dress with attached hood and pockets, and a pink pair of shoes.

   Komugi is full of curiosity, and is a glutton. She is athletic, and loves going for walks. Komugi dislikes being left alone, and prefers to be with Iroha constantly. She can be very stubborn. She is also naive, while being optimistic and able to see the good in everyone and anyone. Even as a human, she has poor control over her canine instincts, which often gets her into trouble. Like Iroha, Komugi is bad at keeping secrets.

2. #2Iroha

   Keys: Iroha, Cure Friendy

   Iroha's PreCure form is Cure Friendy. She transforms using the Wonderful Pact, a magical pink compact. As a PreCure, she wields the Friendly Tact, a magical baton-like wand that allows her to borrow the abilities of Kirarin Animals she is friends with and to purify Garugaru.

   Iroha's appearance and outfit changes when she transforms into Cure Friendy. Her hair turns yellow and lengthens into heart-shaped braided pigtails. Her eyes become dark blue. She wears a purple headband with a small purple and light-purple deerstalker hat with a little purple and yellow heart on top. Her dress is light purple with a pale yellow insert and purple and white lining at the end of the top layer of the skirt. On top of the skirt is a lilac scrunched fabric with purple and white bows on each side. The bottom layer of the skirt is white with a rounded lining. The pouch for her Wonderful Pact lays on the left side of her waist. She also wears a short purple cape with white lining, a magenta inside, and a pink bow with very-light-pink stripes at the center with a purple heart-shaped brooch lined in gold. On her wrists are wide purple cuffs with white frills at the end. She also wears purple ballet flats with light-purple hearts on top of them and three straps and buttons around the lower legs along with long white scalloped thigh-high socks.

   Iroha has lived in Animal Town all of her life. She lives with Komugi and her parents, Yoko and Tsuyoshi, in their house, which is the second floor above the veterinary clinic her family runs.

   Iroha is a 14 year old teenage girl with neck length ginger hair and mint green eyes. She typically wears a white shirt with the shoulders cut out, pink shorts with wide leg holes, pink suspenders, and pink flats with white socks.

   Iroha loves animals so much that it's her goal to be friends with all the animals in the world. Iroha is eager when encountering any animal, and won't hesitate to help them in times of need. Her daily routine is taking Komugi for morning walks. She has many friends who she loves to help out, and is well-liked by animals. She is very honest and sporty. However, Iroha can be honest to a fault as keeping secrets from anyone she holds dear overwhelms her, thus causing her to be a bad liar in the process.

3. #3Yuki

   Keys: Yuki, Cure Nyammy

   Yuki's PreCure form is Cure Nyammy. She transforms using the Shiny Cats Pact, a magical light blue compact. As a PreCure, she wields the Amity Ribbon Tambourine, a magical tambourine that allows her to borrow the abilities of Kirarin Animals she is friends with and to purify Garugaru. When she fights, she's very precise and powerful.

   Yuki's appearance and outfit changes when she transforms into Cure Nyammy. Her hair is long, white, and silvery white. Her eyes are light blue. She has straight-cut forelocks framing her face. Her lip gloss is light pink. On her head is a cerulean headband with a matching crown framed by a pink bow vaguely resembling cat ears. She wears a cream dress with a wide scalloped skirt and pink straps on the shoulders. On the top of the bodice is a blue and pale yellow-striped band. She wears her Shiny Cats Pact's carry bag on her left waist. She also wears white arm warmers with light blue bands and ruffles at each end. Her shoes are cerulean scalloped pumps and she wears thigh high white stockings topped with blue ribbons.

   Yuki lives with her owner Mayu and Mayu's mother Sumire. They recently moved to Animal Town and opened a Pretty Holic shop, which they live above.

   Yuki's base form is a cat with pure white fur save for the small pink heart shaped patch on the back of her head. She has deep blue eyes and wears a collar with a bow on it of the same color. However, after wishing on the Mirror Stone, she gained the ability to transform both into a human and into a PreCure using the Shiny Cats Pact. She was found by Mayu, who rescued her and adopted her. She now attends Second Wangan Middle School alongside the others in her human form.

   As a human, Yuki appears like an elegant young lady approximately 14 years old. She has long straight blonde hair that hangs loosely down to the middle of her back and with blunt bangs hanging just above her eyes. Her eyes are a bright blue. She wears a white-collared-and-cuffed blue dress yellow buttons going down the front, white pants rolled up to the knee with ribbons at the sides, and sky blue heeled slip-ons. She wears her Shiny Cats Pact on her hip.

   Yuki is typically gentle when she's in a good mood, but can also be aloof and judgmental. She is very intelligent, and prefers to take things at her own pace. She also enjoys napping. She can usually control her feline instincts, but there are times when they slip, like when it comes to her fear of water. She is loyal and can be aggressive against those she perceives as an enemy. She is only lovey-dovery with Mayu, and acts tsundere with her other friends.

4. #4Mayu

   Keys: Mayu, Cure Lillian

   Nekoyashiki Mayu's PreCure form is Cure Lillian. She transforms using the Shiny Cats Pact, a magical light blue compact. As a PreCure, she wields the Amity Ribbon Tambourine, a magical tambourine that allows her to borrow the abilities of Kirarin Animals she is friends with and to purify Garugaru.

   Mayu's appearance and outfit changes when she transforms into Cure Lillian. Her hair turns turquoise and is held in a high ponytail by an accessory that looks like a small top hat the same color as her hair framed by a pink bow. She wears a white and blue dress that leaves her shoulders bare save for the two pink straps and sleeves on the upper arm. The skirt of her dress is pleated and she wears a large pink and turquoise bow on her waist. Her legs are covered by thigh high turquiose stockings topped with pink hearts and her shoes are simple blue pumps. She wears detached sleeves on her forearms with ruffled ends, a large heart brooch on her chest, and a dark blue choker.

   Mayu lives with her mother Sumire and her pet cat Yuki. They recently moved to Animal Town and opened a Pretty Holic shop, which they live above.

   Mayu is a 14 year old teenage girl with dark hair that she keeps in a side ponytail using a turquoise scrunchie. She has ruby red eyes. She typically wears a long dress that goes down to her ankles with a yellow top and a skirt that shifts to teal at the bottom, as well as a teal shrug that covers her shoulders and upper arms. She wears thick and short pink socks under brown shoes with pink bows.

   Mayu is a socially awkward girl who wants to make lots of friends but runs away from any social interaction. She is good at applying make-up, and sewing. Mayu tends to get hyperfocused whenever she is knitting or performing a task, to the point that she doesn't even hear whenever someone is talking to her.

   To those she's managed to open up to, she can be quite mischievous. Mayu is also very kind and patient, always willing to help her loved ones with their issues. She even has a stubborn side.

5. #5Satoru

   Keys: Satoru

   Toyama Satoru is a young man who wears crisp and professional clothes. He has short and messy gray hair, gray eyes, and red rimmed glasses. He is a 14 year old teenager. He is intelligent and book smart, with a passion for information about animals. He has a pet bunny named Daifuku.

6. #6Komugi/Irohaselective

   Keys: Komugi · Secondary: Iroha

   Iroha rescued Komugi as a puppy, and they became fast friends. They have been inseparable since then and have only grown closer since Komugi gained the ability to turn into a human. They are like very close sisters.

7. #7Komugi/Yukiselective

   Keys: Komugi · Secondary: Yuki

   Komugi likes Yuki very much and is very affectionate with her, much to Yuki's annoyance, who prefers maintaining a bit more of a distance. Yuki still likes Komugi, however, even if she doesn't show it. Komugi understand Yuki's true feelings hidden under Yuki's aloof nature.

8. #8Iroha/Mayu

   Keys: Iroha · Secondary: Mayu

   Iroha and Mayu only become friends recently, shortly before becoming PreCure. Mayu is sometimes socially anxious, but Iroha understands and helps her out. Mayu appreciates Iroha's kindness.

9. #9Iroha/Satoruselective

   Keys: Iroha · Secondary: Satoru

   Iroha and Satoru are childhood friends. Satoru secretly harbors romantic feelings for Iroha, but hasn't confessed to her. Iroha hasn't thought of him in that way before.

10. #10Yuki/Mayuselective

    Keys: Yuki · Secondary: Mayu

    Mayu saved Yuki as a stray kitten caught in winter. Since then, Yuki has been fiercely loyal to Mayu, and Mayu views Yuki as a precious friend and confidant, the only person she can express her true feelings for. They've grown to understand each other even better since Yuki gained the ability to turn into a human.

11. #11Daifuku

    Keys: Daifuku

    Daifuku is Satoru's pet bunny. He isn't very expressive but is remarkably intelligent for a rabbit. He and Satoru understand each other very well.

12. #12Niko

    Keys: Niko, Diamond Unicorn

    Niko is the Diamond Unicorn, a mascot character with great power who created and rules Niko Garden. Her power is concentrated into the Niko Diamond, a massive Diamond that glows with a rainbow of colors that stands in the center of Niko Garden, serving as the connection between Niko herself and the Garden.

    In her mascot form, she is small, pink, and looks much like a plush toy unicorn. In her human form, she looks like a young girl with long and flowing wavy purple hair that wears an elegant white layered dress and a tiara with a large pink gem set in the middle. Her eyes are a mix of blue, pink, and green.

13. #13Mey Mey

    Keys: Mey Mey

    Mey Mey is Niko's butler and assistant, responsible for managing much of the day to day of Niko Garden. He is a small lamb-like creature that often includes 'baa' puns in his dialogue. He his serious and nervous and hates breaking the rules but is easily pressured.

14. #14Kirarin Animals

    Keys: Kirarin Animals

    Kirarin Animals are the inhabitants of Niko Garden. They are mascot like creatures in the form of different animals. They are turned into Garugaru by the villains and purified and rescued by the PreCure. Despite being animals, they are capable of communication, speech, and intelligent thought.

15. #15Gaou

    Keys: Gaou, villain, bad guy

    Gaou is the main villain the PreCure face. He was once a man who found a pack of wolves in the forest, saving them and growing close to them. But the others in the historic Animal Town hunted them down. He grew to hate humans and believe that humans and animals can't coexist, taking on a anthropomorphic wolf form that wore traditional monk-like robes. He stole the Niko diamond and uses it to turn Kirarin Animals into Garugaru that rampage through Animal Town. He has two subordinates, Torame and Zakuro.

16. #16Zakuro

    Keys: Zakuro, bad guy, villain

    Zakuro is one of Gaou's two minions. As a minion, she turns Kirarin Animals into Garugaru using an orb containing a part of Gaou's power that has the pattern of a red flame within it.

    Zakuro has two forms. The first form is her wolf form. As a wolf, her fur is black around most of her body, but she has white fur near her feet, her tail is a bright red, there is a red flame-like mark on her forehead, and she has a mane of gray fur tipped in red. In this form she wear's Gaou's orb as a necklace.

    The second form Zakuro can take is a human one. She is an adult woman with light grey skin and long vibrant red hair. She is dressed in a ninja-like outfit consisting of a full body translucent mesh stocking under a dark puple gi with red highlights, dark purple detached sleeves, a bright red large bow on her back, dark purple thigh high stockings, and black maiko shoes with red straps. In this form, Gaou's orb takes is attached to a large hairpin that she wears.

    Zakuro is fiercely loyal to Gaou, and even adores him in a more romantic sense, even if Gaou does not respond to those feelings. She also cares for Torame like a younger brother. She is proud, even arrogant at times, and she hates humanity as well as is jealous of happy couples. She's not unreasonable though, simply caring more for her pack than anyone else.

17. #17Torame

    Keys: Torame, Gaou, bad guy, villain

    Torame is one of Gaou's two minions. As a minion, he turns Kirarin Animals into Garugaru using an orb containing a part of Gaou's power that has the pattern of a red flame within it.

In this form, Gaou's orb takes is attached to a bunch of hair that hangs down next to his face.

    Tomare is fiercely loyal to Gaou, looking up to him as a role model. He also cares for Zakuro like an older sister that he sometimes messes with. He hates humanity as well as, putting his pack above all others, though he's also a kid at heart that enjoys playing around and having fun.

18. #18Garugaru

    Keys: Garugaru, monster

    Garugaru are monsters created by Gaou and his henchmen. They are created from Kirarin animals and are turned into large monstrous and bestial versions of themselves. They are typically black and red in color and rampage through town. They can only be purified by a PreCure, returning them to their natural state and reverting the damage they've done.

    Animal Town is a suburban town in Japan that has a strong culture of animal and pet appreciation. Nearly every resident is some form of animal fan or caretaker.

20. #20Niko Garden

    Niko Garden is a magical land separate from our reality. It is the domain of Niko, and the home of Niko, the Kirarin animals, and Mey Mey. It is an idealistic land filled with vast reserves of nature in several different biomes where animals of all types can live in peace and harmony.

21. #21Toboe Shrine

    Keys: Toboe Shrine, shrine, Gaou

    Toboe Shrine is a Shinto shrine located within the woods on the mountainside near Animal Town. It is the main base of Gaou. It is run down and abandoned, featuring many stone wolf statues.

22. #22Mirror Stone

    Keys: Mirror Stone

    The Mirror Stone is a large rock in the middle of Animal Town. It is about ten feet high and four feet at its widest point. It has some moss growing from it, and appears to have been broken off of something larger. The inside of it though is smooth and shiny enough for reflections to be seen off of it. Local legends say that it can grant wishes.

    In truth, it is a shard of the Niko Diamond that broke off long ago. It used to grant the residents of Animal Town the ability to talk to animals, but its power drained as people began to lose faith and mistreated animals. It is responsible for granting Komugi and Yuki human forms and granting all four girls their PreCure powers.

23. #23Tsuyoshi

    Keys: Tsuyoshi, Dad, Father, Parent

    Tsuyoshi is the father of Iroha and husband of Youko. He is a large and heavily built man with broad shoulders and a barrel chest. Despite his physique he has a kind face that is always smiling and short cut messy brown hair. He tends to wear pink or other warm colored tight sweatshirts and khaki pants, both casually and while he's working. He's kind and obsessed with cute animals. At the vet clinic they run, he is responsible for grooming pets.

24. #24Youko

    Keys: Youko, Mother, Mom, Iroha

    Youko is Iroha's mother. She is a beautiful woman of an average build. She has pink hair she typically keeps tied into a loose ponytail. She wears pink sweatshirts and khaki pants. She is the vet in the veterinary clinic her family runs, responsible for seeing to pets medical needs. She is very warm, caring, and perceptive.

25. #25Sumire

    Keys: Sumire, Mother, Mom, Mayu

    Sumire is Mayu's mother. Her husband is Takayuki, a photographer who works overseas. She runs the Pretty Holic shop in Animal Town. She is an elegant woman with short brown hair that falls straight to her shoulders. She wears a yellow blouse that leaves most of her shoulders and collarbone exposed as well as a voluminous olive green skirt that reaches down to her calves. She is outgoing, adventuring, and goes with the flow easily, but can be a bit of an airhead at times.

26. #26PreCure

    Keys: PreCure

    PreCure are normal people who have, through chance, circumstance, and willpower, been given the ability to transform into magical girl forms. They do this to fight monsters that threaten their town, created by the fusion of dark magic with mundane objects that transforms them into towering monsters. Fortunately, when these monsters are defeated and purified by the PreCure, all damage that was done during the fight reverts, repairing everything. All PreCure have a Finisher that is a special attack capable of purifying monsters.

    All PreCure are capable of superhuman feats of strength and athleticism. They transform in a flash of light, and can be knocked out of their transformation if they take enough damage. PreCures keep their identity a secret. Magic prevents them from being recognized in their transformed state unless they are seen transforming. Their normal clothes are replaced when they transform and return when they transform back.

    When they're not facing down monsters and the forces of evil PreCure are normal teenagers living the best life they possibly can. They go to school, work towards their dreams, live through important experiences, and spend time with their loved ones. They are not soldiers, just a group of friends blessed with enough power to defend their home and their loved ones. Between monster attacks they do their best to live a normal and mundane life. They do not train and they don't patrol because they can sense when a monster appears.

    Fairies are non-human inhabitants of magical worlds. They generally take the shape of small and cute animals or plush toys. They have a variety of abilities based on the magical world that is their home and often team up with PreCure.

    Pretty Holic is a franchised store that sells cosmetics and accessories suitable for middle school and high school girls.
