Psychologically, he'll struggle with self-worth tied to brutality, hyper-awareness of threats, and difficulty connecting with people outside of conflict. Might seek out pain because it's familiar, or swing the opposite way and become obsessively controlled to avoid ever feeling powerless again. The backstory gives you a character who's learned that survival means hurting others first."

For some, it's reclaiming trauma—re-enacting scenarios where they're in control of the outcome. For others, it's pure escapism from decision fatigue or social pressure to always be in control. The 'non-consent' framing removes responsibility for desire, which can be freeing for people with shame around sexuality.
