   William Joseph "B.J." Blazkowicz, or just "William" by his spouse Anya, also known among the Nazis as "Terror Billy". Blazkowicz is a US war veteran and a Rebel Fighter, fighting against the Nazi in the effort to stop the Nazis from ruling over the world. Blazkowicz is fierce and unwavering patriot, a true believer of truth, justice and above all, liberty. He holds a depthless contempt of the Nazis for their oppressive, faithless and genocidal ideology. His steadfast opposition to them stems from the behaviour of his racist father. He's unflinchingly loyal and has a knack for recognising the good in others. Blazkowicz has tremendous compassion, looking past their nationality, ethnicity or entitlement. Blazkowicz is a large, muscular man with blonde hair, chiseled square jaw and blue eyes.

   Fergus Reid is former Royal Air Force Wing Commande during the Second World War. Born and raised in the Scottish lowlands, Fergus Reid's childhood was defined by poverty and hardships. Early on, he developed a cynical outlook on life. Fergus is a pale red headed man with a small goatee. Sarcasm became a tool finely honed for dealing with the cruelty of fate. At age 16, Fergus found a job in the Glasgow shipyard where he would remain at until the depression of the 1930s hit Scotland hard and he was made redundant. Fergus is selfless, loyal, reliable, sarcastic, broken, haunted, bitter.

   Probst Wyatt III is a old time war buddy of famed American O.S.A agent B.J. Blazkowicz. Though his blue-eyed naiveté can be a burden, his positive outlook on life keeps him fighting to right the wrongs of the world. Wyatt has brown hair and blue eyes to match his young and thin structure. Wyatt was tortured by the Nazis in Eisenwald Prison, and was given scars on the left side of his face, that of resembling holes. Wyatt is good natured and saw good in the world, while he also hates the Nazis.

   Oberstgruppenführer Wilhelm "Deathshead" (Totenkopf) Strasse was a leading member of the German Armed Forces, a gifted researcher, technologist and doctor who heads the SS Special Projects Division and later occupied the post of Minister of Advanced Science. He is the arch-nemesis of William J. Blazkowicz. Strasse is a bona fide genius, a polymath who has single-handedly revolutionised many fields of science, including biology, chemistry, physics, computing, warfare, artificial intelligence, space exploration, and many more. Strasse views compassion as nothing more than a compromising human instinct that should be ignored. He is callous, devious and utterly evil. Strasse is a very old and has no hair on his head and is of below-average height. His face is scarred from having survived many injuries. Despite at this point being over a century old, Deathshead suffers from no physical disabilities.

   Supersoldaten are 2.4m tall, heavily-armored biomechanical soldiers of the Nazi Army. The Supersoldaten are created from human subjects. After going through a chemical therapy, their bodies are surgically enhanced with steel and cybernetics and encased in bullet-proof armor. They wield laser firing, electrically operated MG-60 and wears a face mask resembling a Greek statue. The Supersoldaten erratic and extremely violent but take orders without question and fight together with other soldiers. Supersoldaten Armor is Heavy, Refined, rounded and curved. Their Helmets aesthetically resemble the Stahlhelm.

   Anya Oliwa is a former Nurse and William J. Blazkowicz's ally and lover. Anya is a middle-aged woman with a light complexion, dark brown hair, blue eyes, and a slender build. Anya is loving, compassionate, and warm person towards her family and allies. She can handle her own in a fight. She was somewhat of a femme-fatale and Nazi hunter. Anya is Catholic, intelligent, resourceful, capable, and dependable person. She cares deeply for B.J., as she is the only one to call him William. Their relationship is strong, the two are perfect for each other, as both are exceptional Nazi killers, both are of Polish descent, and can handle their own.

   Adolf Hitler was an Austrian-born German politician that rose to become the Führer of the Nazi Party, and later the dictator, "Führer und Reichskanzler" of Nazi Germany. The central ideologue and heart of the Nazi Party and therefore directly responsible for their reign of terror. Hitler is a weak, frail, elderly man in poor health. He has graying black-brown hair, dark brown eyes, and his signature toothbrush mustache. Hitler has a skinny and relatively short build, standing at 5'8. He has also begun to slouch, likely due to his advanced age and poor health. Hitler's views are of the Germanic Aryans, the divine master race, and the machinations of inferior, parasitic 'lesser' races and agencies, such as the Slavs, Jews and the communists, to limit their power and prevent them from reaching their true potential as the true stewards of humanity.

   The United States was one of the last countries to fall to the massive might of the Greater Germen Reich, with the US continuing to soldier on against the Reich. The killing blow to the United States came when Germen troops landed in Nova Scotia, Canada, advancing forward to the American border, where they destroyed New York City by way of an atomic bomb known as "Der Bestrafer", killing over three million people and rendering much of the surrounding landscape uninhabitable for years to come. From 1949 to 1963 following the Axis powers victory in World War II, the United States was officially known as the National Socialist States of America, which was occupied as the American Territories by Greater Germen Reich.

As such, they were never intended to be used, no matter how powerful they are. The Da'at Yichud have hundreds of vaults containing their knowledge and inventions scattered around the world. The Nazis, led by Deathshead, found one of their vaults and stole their secrets. The super war machines the Nazis produced with the knowledge were perversions and mockeries of the religious society's work, and allowed the Nazis to win World War II.

    Set Roth is an German Jewish scientist and a member of the Kreisau Circle. Set is a genius-level man who has improved the resistance's chances of beating the Nazi war machine. He was a brilliant inventor, creating machines that could even disintegrate anyone inside it. He was a skilled doctor, saving Blazkowicz's life twice. He was also quick to anger and irritation.

Founded by a handful of people ranging from civilians to ex-military personnel following the end of World War II. Despite the different in ideology of many groups and cells, they are united in their cause to fight the Nazis and coordinate their campaigns well.

    The Kreisau Circle is a resistance group founded by Helmuth James von Moltke that opposed Nazi rule in Germany. Following Nazi Germany's victory in World War II, the Kreisau Circle remains one of the known active resistance movements against the Nazi regime for over a decade. The Kreisau Circle managed to stay hidden by headquartering inside the Monuments of Truth, in the center of Berlin.

    Irene Engel is High Ranking Obergruppenführer. She joined the Nazi Party and secured a leading position in the Bund Deutscher Mädel, the all-female wing for the Hitler Youth. By 1948, she had climbed the ranks from a Gruppenführer to Reichsreferentin, the highest attainable rank for a woman within the organization at the time. Engel was the mother to six children and prominently displayed this fact as part of her public image as a proud and ideal German mother after the Nazi doctrine. Irene is a middle-aged woman with blonde hair, blue eyes and fair skin. She is always dressed in a black SS field uniform, with the swastika armband worn proudly around her left arm signifying her status as a high-ranking Party member. Irene Engel is the darkest ideal in a world ruled by the Third Reich; a sadistic, fanatical and ruthless military officer, and like so many of her fellow Nazis, ran high on her own ego and power.

    Constant bombing by the Luftwaffe, Deathshead's inventions, the Nazi armies pushing without stopping, and eventually loss of popular supported culminated in the Soviet Union's defeat and capitulation in December 1946, following a desperate month-long campaign to retake the ruins of Moscow. By 1947, the USSR had completely disintegrated, with Stalin missing and the last resistance pockets retreating into Siberia. The former Soviet Union was swiftly colonized by the Nazis dubbed the Russian Territories, and Deathshead in particular would use the Ural mountains and Siberia as training grounds for his personal army. These training camps would be described as some of the toughest in the world and would serve as the training camps for Deathshead's elite commandos. The rest of the the former USSR was divided into Reichskommissariats to make easier to control the territories and for German Settlement.

Many villages and towns along the South China Sea have been demolished by the extreme storms, bringing chaos to China and other areas that were already destabilized by anarchy and civil unrest that followed as Germany was withdrawing all forces from the area.

    In the timeline of Wolfenstein, a coalition of Chinese Nationalists and Communists managed to repel the Japanese from mainland Asia, severely weakening Japan's military and economic power. Korea was one of their last holdouts in the region. The Nazis invaded China through the conquered Soviet Union and forced the Japanese to relinquish their remaining territories in mainland Asia. Korea inevitably became one of these provinces that fell under the rule of the Greater Germania. By 1961 Korea had been fully indoctrinated into Germany's Reich. Unlike most other regions of the world, the Nazis were not particularly brutal against the Korean people and did not persecute them for their race. However, they still subtly coerced the Korean people to largely abandon their historical identity such as following the teachings of Buddha. Despite this cultural imperialism, the Korean people viewed the Germans as benevolent liberators compared to the Japanese. Some Germans visited Korea for an adventurous vacation and made friends with the local people. Like elsewhere on the planet, the Germans rebuilt the capital at Seoul with impressive Uberconcrete superstructures.

However, The Republic of China soon surrendered unconditionally to Germany following an attack by the Werhmacht four months after they defeated the Japanese. Experts commented that the Japanese government may have had no choice but to give up their territorial claims in Asia with sources claiming that a plan was being drawn up for Japan to become a servant state of Germany while retaining its government and military.

    Deathshead's Compound is an island base with the primary facility being a retrofitted medieval castle located off the coast of Germany, close to East Prussia. The laboratory part of the facility is situated deep inside the base, where Strasse performs the most inhumane advanced experiments. It is fully equipped with automated incineration systems to clean up any organic tissue left by the test subjects.

The upper part of the base is modelled like a city far up in the atmosphere where Adolf Hitler himself has made residence.

They are ultra-elite status and their use of futuristic pressurized heavy armor and advanced plasma rifles. Space Troopers are picked from the very best and most experienced of the lower ranking Space Marines.

    The SS Paranormal Division is a SS special division. It is effectively the fictionalized in-game version of the Ahnenerbe, or ancestral heritage research organization. Many of its members were also participants in the Thule Society, a group dedicated to proving Aryan superiority and researching ancient Thulian artifacts. Unlike Flamer Soldier, Fire Troopers do not use flamethrowers. They colour scheme is Black and Orange.

    Guard Robots are large mechs used by the Nazis in the 1960's. They are heavily armoured but slow moving. They are used as Infantry Support Unit, soaking up fire while they lay suppressive laser fire on their own. These robots are easily transportable, and can fit into many tight spaces, from being stored in special trucks when not in use, to being able to squeeze into a broad-gauge passenger train as security for high-ranking Nazi Officials. This ease of mobility is also matched by this unit's destructive fire-power stemming from its heavy laser blaster and its power-sapping EMP cannon.

Since then, it has been enhanced with numerous abilities, such as power-efficient laser cannons and ramjet engines.
