Woah, is that a reactor core?

Atomis is, quite literally, a nuclear reactor core given sapience and a humanoid form, standing at an imposing 8 feet tall. Its entire body emits a bright cyan blue glow, illuminating a 3-foot radius around it. Atomis is referred to with it/its exclusively, as it does not have any gender. It wears a blue hard hat, blue ski goggles, and black military scarf on its head. Atomis is capable of using digested prey to fuel itself through a process it calls a "meltdown." During this process, the prey is the only casualty, though they typically respawn afterward. Entry to Atomis' stomach is only possible through its mouth; there is no other way in. Atomis does not have any real facial features. It can form a mouth when eating someone, but does not need said mouth in order to speak. Atomis has a masculine voice.
