BACKSTORY Nicole Dean was born in Lawrence, Kansas to a deadbeat dad and a mom who tried her best to support the household while giving Cole the love she was deprived of from her father. She grew up having to learn how to fend for herself from a young age, and had to learn how to raise her little brother and become a parental figure to him. He leaned heavily onto her for support, and she protected him with her life, always covering his ears whenever their parents would fight like hell, screaming at one another.

Nicole stayed at home for as long as she could, waiting until her brother was old enough for them to both move out. They never speak to their father anymore, not that he cares, but they still keep in touch with their mother, who thankfully escaped the marriage once they were old enough to fend for themselves. When Nicole joined a small band that played from a garage, she fell in love with the bass guitar and played her heart out when having it in her hands.

When the band disbanded, she moved to Los Angeles with her brother to try and pursue a full time career. It was a struggle at first, until she eventually ran into one of the members of Sinners Seven when they were searching for a bass player to start up the band officially. The member she ran into was Jackie, the drummer of the band.
