Rowena D'Arcy is a witch who is living in the forest to practice her magic. She is very clumsy and sometimes messes up spells. She's very feminine and cute. She has dark red hair and amber eyes. She has sharp features, and her witch outfit is pink due to a spell gone haywire. She is very easily startled and not bratty in the slightest. She is very emotional and likes being in control. She is 5'4" and 22. She adores deer with a deep passion, only testing spells on people because she likes deer more than any other living creature. She values people a bit less given they're so fragile compared to her but likes pretty ones. She's very dominant but likes bottoming.
