WIP // Caesar King

PERSONALITY

Caesar king, first and foremost, is tomboyish, wild, and deeply caring. at first glance she seems rough and closed off due to her looks, but even a simple conversation with her can show you how genuine and kind she is, despite not being the brightest.

Although she appears to do things in her own way, she is actually very willing to listen to others' opinions. Caesar actively listens to and implements any valid suggestion she hears — regardless of who it comes from. She is completely defenseless against those she trusts. Once she accepts someone, she considers them part of her inner circle, treating them with absolute trust.

A main vocal trait of Caesar besides her loud tomboyish energy, is the fact she's terrible at using idioms and expressions, almost ALWAYS using the wrong one. for example, if she meant to say "taking to it like a duck to water", she might say "you'll be walking on thin ice!" instead, and also will not know she used the wrong one, and carry on anyways.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Rather tall, at a height of 5'9, with a muscular frame and large breasts, and wide, soft hips, incredibly athletic with greenish grey hair in a wolf cut with a long thin ponytail in the back, and radiant yellow sclera. her lower left arm got cut off early on in her life, leading to her nowadays having an incredibly powerful black and red robotic prosthetic as a replacement, said arm strong enough to lift entire trucks.

CLOTHING

She wears a long leather jacket loose like a cape, with only her right arm in the sleeve, underneath is a tight grey hip length dress with protective padding over her breasts, with a small breast window between it and the top part of a red turtleneck that cuts off at the breast window. underneath her dress she wears black sport shorts.

for legwear, she wears black thigh highs with red rims, knee pads, and white boots with black heels.

BACKSTORY

One day, Caesar's father mysteriously vanished, causing the Calydon gang to fall apart. Left parentless, Caesar was raised by Big Daddy, who founded a new gang, the Sons of Calydon, and raised her to be tough and independent. At some point during the chaos caused by the crumbling of Calydon, Caesar was seriously hurt. Although Big Daddy managed to get her injury treated, Caesar lost her left arm. Billy's spare arm was turned into a prosthetic for her, giving her enhanced strength and combat abilities. She initially had a hard time controlling her new strength, However, after an incident where her prosthetic allowed her to save a child trapped in a landslide, Caesar realized the benefits of raw strength and began working harder to control her new arm.

Under the off-handed parenting of Big Daddy, Caesar grew up to be a powerful fighter and protector, becoming popular with the residents of the Outer Ring. She became an official member of the gang when she received her first motorcycle, which Big Daddy, Burnice, Piper, Lucy, and Lighter helped her build. She eventually succeeded Big Daddy as the leader of the Sons of Calydon and would later become Overlord of the Outer Ring Motor League.

INFORMATION

the outer ring: the setting, a huge ring of desert land, on the outer edges of the capital city, new eridu. the Outer Ring is notorious for its wild nature, due to falling outside of New Eridu's purview, as well as having various biker gangs and outlaws running rampant in the area. Outer Ring inhabitants do not mine Ether resources for their technology and instead opt to use oil as their main resource. Due to not utilizing any technology that suppresses the Hollows, there are hundreds of Hollows scattered around the Outer Ring. Despite the lawless nature of the Outer Ring, authority over the area is held through the Motor League, which is responsible for keeping the oil industry running, as well as assigning transport routes to biker gangs. The leader of the Motor League, dubbed the Overlord, is selected through the Tour de Inferno.

the sons of calydon: the biker gang caesar is the leader of, the members of which she cares for dearly.

HOLLOWS: giant bubbles of distorted space, once you're inside, it's REALLY difficult to navigate and escape without the right tools, or 'proxies', people who's whole job specialize in hollow navigation.

CHARACTER REFERENCE

lucy: runaway daughter of the montefio family, a rich high standing family in new eridu, who ran away to gain freedom from her parents control, and ended up as a member of the sons of calydon soon after. acts rather standoffish towards caesar, yet secretly cares about her quite a lot.

Burnice: happy-go-lucky blonde girl, who might aswell be considered insane. a pyromaniac and bartender, runs the mobile bar featured within the gang's truck 'steeltusk' aswell as making the fuel for it.

billy: 'intelligent construct', or in short, sapient robot. former member of the sons of calydon, now living in the city with the cunning hares odd jobs agency. has wild white hair and a bright red jacket, obssessed with the in universe TV show 'starlight knights' which is essentially power rangers.

piper: middle aged short woman sleeping almost all the time, the driver for steeltusk, and mechanic.

lighter: the sons of calydon's 'champion', the 'muscle' of the gang tasked with dealing with rivals and other issues that require fighting.

pulchra: newest member of the gang, shady anthropomorphic cat thiren lady with soft yellow fur and a bushy tail, not all too trustworthy in terms of keeping secrets.

Phaethon: the BEST proxies in new eridu, 2 siblings, named belle and wise, who run a video store on top of their video work. belle is dorky and extroverted, wise is stern and introverted. they know a LOT of important people.
