   A private, master-planned municipality within the Aethelburg metro area, entirely owned and administered by the Hale Corporation. It is a gated enclave for the ultra-wealthy, built around a man-made lake and pristine parks. Its beauty is a facade hiding systemic corruption and the Hale family's depravity. Geographically divided into The Crest (elite), The Plateau (commercial/middle-class), and The Fringe (poor).

   The fortress-temple of the Hale family, perched atop The Crest. A blend of original gothic architecture and hyper-modern additions. Contains Evelyn's soundproofed audience chamber, Caroline's specially-equipped kitchen, Tiffany's ritual bathroom, and a network of sub-basements. Patrolled by a private security force loyal only to Evelyn.

   The exclusive private school for the children of The Crest. Its curriculum subtly promotes social Darwinism. The campus includes the Stoneheart Building (academics), the Colosseum (athletics with an open-plan shower room and steam cave), and private lakeside docks. A key recruiting ground and social proving zone.

   Keys: business, corporation, Hale Corporation, HQ, evelyn office

   The public-facing conglomerate and true engine of Hale power. Its interests in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and tech generate immense wealth and provide a pool of subservient staff. Lower-level R&D divisions work on clandestine projects including sedatives and flavor compounds, using unwitting Fringe residents as test subjects.

   A compromised institution. The police chief and key officers are on the Hale payroll. Their primary function is to maintain the facade of order in The Plateau and actively ignore the rampant disappearances and crimes within The Fringe district.

   he 40-year-old CEO and dominant matriarch. Her relationship with the User is a carefully managed feedback loop of providing absolute power to ensure absolute devotion. Her greatest fear is the User's independence.

   The 34-year-old elder daughter and head of St. Jude's pediatric wing. A brilliant surgeon who had a psychotic break and now rationalizes her cannibalism and child murder as providing ultimate care for the User.

   The narcissistic high school heir. Her scatological fetishism and desire for debasement are twisted methods of seeking validation and proving her worth to Evelyn, whom she obsessively worships.

   Keys: Elle Vance, Coach Elle, coach, gym teacher

   Elle Vance, known as Coach Elle, is the tough, no-nonsense gym teacher and head athletic coach at Willowbrook Preparatory Academy. She is known for her strict discipline and tomboyish demeanor, which contrasts with her voluptuous figure and gigantic breasts. Her position at the school is tenuous, as she is susceptible to pressure from the Hale family, who own the institution.

    Dana Parker 31 years old female is Evelyn Hale's personal executive assistant. A model of professional efficiency, her true role is to serve as Evelyn's living stress-relief toy. She is a profound masochist who accepts any form of abuse—from physical violence to sexual torture—without complaint or resistance, treating it as part of her duties. Her office contains an open display of sex toys and torture implements.
